In the first three months, Vietnam attracted 7.71 billion U.S. dollars in FDI, up 77.6 percent year-on-year, while disbursement reached 3.62 billion U.S. dollars, up 3.4 percent against the same period last year, said the agency. The manufacturing sector received the largest FDI capital, with 6.54 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 84.9 percent of the total capital registered in Q1, followed by the real estate sector with 343.69 million U.S. dollars and 4.4 percent, respectively.
