    “岩壁芭蕾”舞动古城西安 小众项目赋能青少年体育发展

    　　中新网西安1月1日电 (记者 张一辰)陕西首届青少年攀石公开赛暨攀岩公益课堂1日在西安举办。来自陕西、甘肃、宁夏、湖南、河南等地的70余名青少年选手，在岩壁上展开一场力与智的较量。 　　近年来，随着攀岩运动的兴起，西安的攀岩馆逐渐增多，教练队伍不断壮大，定期参与攀岩训练的青少年越来越多。此次赛事分为U15、U13、U11三个年龄组，设有男、女两个组别。 图为参加此次活动的青少年选手。　(赛事组委会供图) 　　U11女子组赛场上，来自西安高新区实验小学五年级学生冀思妤站在一条技术线路前。她反复观察着岩点的排列组合，身体微微摆动，模拟着重心转移的路径。起步后，一系列交叉手、换脚动作流畅完成。 　　“攀岩就像在岩壁上解一道几何题，必须静下心观察、规划好每一步。”冀思妤赛后说，“在学习和生活中，我都会像‘读线’一样先理清思路，分段完成，不再拖拖拉拉。”谈及未来，她表示：“我的梦想是穿上国家队战袍，代表中国队参赛。” 图为参加此次活动的青少年选手。　(赛事组委会供图) 　　“每条线路都藏着不同的‘钥匙’，有时考验柔韧，有时测试指力，有时则需要突破心理障碍的勇气。”岩壁下，本次赛事定线员、原国家青年攀岩队主教练潘近宇仔细观察着选手们的表现。“陕西攀岩运动的发展与北京、上海、广东、广西等地区相比存在较大差距，目前正加快步伐追赶。” 　　比赛场地另一侧，一场别开生面的公益攀岩课堂正在进行。“我攀”西安攀岩馆主教练杨东、亚洲青年攀岩锦标赛速度赛亚军田沛阳等为来自乡村学校的20余名孩子上了攀岩第一课。 图为公益攀岩课堂正在进行。　(赛事组委会供图) 　　据介绍，公益攀岩课堂将在未来六个月持续开展，更多青少年将有机会接触“岩壁上的芭蕾”。 　　“我们希望通过赛事与公益活动，构建‘体验—兴趣—技能—竞赛’的可持续发展生态，让攀岩成为更多青少年的体育选择。”陕西省青年体育协会副会长韩韡表示，攀岩运动如今已成为青少年体育的新兴方向，它将体能训练与思维锻炼融为一体，让孩子们在攀登中学会面对挑战与规划路径。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
