    快递行业向“新”向“智”向“绿”加速跑 科技重塑作业流程绿色低碳发展动能强劲

    　　央视网消息：12月25日，国家邮政局举行新闻发布会。相关负责人表示，“十四五”期间，我国快递包装绿色转型取得重要进展，电子运单、循环中转袋基本实现全覆盖，包装箱层数、包装袋厚度减量过半。 　　国家邮政局数据显示，“十四五”期间，邮政业的电子运单、循环中转袋基本实现全覆盖，包装箱层数、包装袋厚度减量过半，胶带宽度减量25%，智能装箱算法减少耗材近20%，同城快递使用循环包装比例达10%，年回收复用纸箱超8亿个。邮政、京东、顺丰、韵达等4家企业在20余个城市生鲜冷链、政务文件等场景试点应用循环包装。 　　此外，“十四五”期间，人工智能、移动互联网、云计算等现代信息技术重塑了快递运营组织模式和作业流程，增强了绿色低碳发展的动能。 　　分拨中心实现了智能化调度、可视化跟踪和信息化管理。光伏发电、智能分拣、智能安检、无人仓加速落地，信息化、智能化水平加速提升。氢能源、清洁能源汽车广泛应用。目前，邮政业光伏铺设面积448万平方米，绿色分拨中心数量超1000个、绿色网点数量超12500个，新能源和清洁能源车保有量超7.5万辆。 　　《快递暂行条例》实施半年 快递包装新变化 　　2025年6月，我国实施的修订后《快递暂行条例》中，明确构建绿色节能快递服务体系，增设“快递包装”专章。规定从设计、生产、使用、回收、处置等全链条治理快递包装，为部门协同、区域协同、政策协同提供制度保障。如今，实施快半年了快递包装有什么新变化？ 　　在福州市晋安区这家中国邮政的营业网点，可以看到很多跟绿色包装相关的元素。比如这个网点所提供的所有塑料的包装袋，上面都会有可降解的标志。在2025年的11月份，这个网点还上新了两款新的试用产品，这是由竹子作为原材料来制作的竹膜袋更加绿色环保。 　　在快递的箱子上会常用到的胶带，这里所提供的胶带也都是可降解的胶带。在箱子上也会有一些绿色环保的元素，比如这里提供的免胶箱，在寄送快递的时候只需要贴上这样的一张启封贴，就不用再使用胶带进行包装。据了解，这里提供的纸箱是像这样的3层瓦楞纸箱，相比于传统的5层瓦楞纸箱更加绿色环保。 　　除了推广绿色包装材料，工作人员还学习绿色包装规范操作，根据纸箱的不同大小来使用封箱的方式。 　　中国邮政福州大厦支局支局长潘美玲介绍，比如这种小一点的纸箱，它里面一般是装一些轻小的物品，所以采取“一”字形封装方式，这边是断点。这种中型的包装箱一般采取“十”字形的封箱方式，中间也是断开的。这种大一点的纸箱一般采取“艹”字形或“工”字形的封箱方式。以往像这种箱子一般用缠绕式，中间没有断点。使用新型包装方式后，大大减少了胶带的使用量。 　　在网点，记者还看到了这种纸箱回收箱，专门收集市民不再使用的快递纸箱。 　　 　　潘美玲介绍，首先他们会清洁上面的粘贴物，比如说面单还有胶带之类的，后期整理完如果符合寄递要求的纸箱，他们会在窗口免费提供给客户使用。如果不符合寄递包装要求的纸箱，一般会当成填充物，在日常包装中用来填充邮件。 　　目前，福建邮政在全省各类网点均设有包装回收装置，2025年前11个月全省各网点回收使用瓦楞纸箱261.4万个。 　　来源：央视网 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
