    　　中新网天津1月2日电 (记者 王君妍 周亚强)1日晚，2025—2026产季我国北方首船智利进口车厘子搭乘“以星伊比利亚”轮顺利靠泊天津港太平洋国际集装箱码头。 图为接卸现场。　(天津港集团供图) 　　作为冬季进口水果的“明星单品”，智利车厘子凭借饱满果肉与酸甜口感深受市场青睐，而保鲜度是其品质核心。“车厘子对通关时效要求极高，每多耽误一小时，品质就可能打折扣。”天津东疆海关查验一科科长孟昭然介绍。为此，天津东疆海关创新推出“人等箱”监管模式，实现船舶未靠岸即可提前申报、审单，到港后“即到、即查、即放”。同时依托口岸智慧管控系统，海关与码头作业系统可以自动关联比对数据，进一步提升通关效率。 　　高效通关为市场供给按下“加速键”。这批车厘子经天津港分拨后，5小时内即可送达京津冀主要批发市场，30小时内覆盖东北、华中、西北等北方地区。在天津海吉星、北京新发地等市场，采购商们争相备货，电商平台同步上线预售链接，鲜红饱满的车厘子以更亲民的价格走进千家万户。 　　为保障车厘子运输船舶安全高效进港，守护鲜果“鲜度”不打折，天津海事主导实施“精细化船舶动态时刻表”，综合研判气象预警、交通状态、港口作业进度等动态因素，通过精细化编排和计划核准管理，最大限度压缩船舶等待时间。同时实施远程预审、提供远程申报“一对一”服务，开辟船舶进出口岸审批“绿色通道”快办快结。 　　据悉，2025年，天津东疆边检站共保障了1700余艘次货轮顺利出入东疆口岸，其中近30艘次船舶搭载着来自南美的车厘子、香蕉、蓝莓等生鲜抵达天津。为切实做好车厘子专线的服务保障工作，东疆边检站针对车厘子等大宗鲜活农产品存储成本高、鲜度要求高的特点，坚持“一船一策”，提前制定保障方案，开通“绿色通道”，优化通关环境，缩短船舶通关时间，降低船方运营成本。 　　本产季天津港预计接卸4船智利车厘子，总量超过3万吨，持续充实北方市场供给。(完) 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
