    　　朝“问”健康丨吃多了怎么办？这种方法可以补救 　　“每逢佳节胖三斤”，元旦假期刚刚结束，您是不是发现自己的体重“蹭、蹭、蹭”地上升了。那么，就有人疑惑了，如何在节日假期后能够有效摆脱体重增加的烦恼呢？ 　　如何摆脱 　　“每逢佳节胖三斤”的甜蜜负担 　　节日假期过后，不少人会长胖其实是饮食、作息、心理等多方面因素叠加的结果。摄入的食物增加，运动减少，再加上天气寒冷，有些人就想吃更多高油、高糖、高盐的食品。摄入的总热量增多，消耗减少，因此就会导致体重上涨。那么逢年过节，如何有效控制体重呢？ 　　中国医学科学院北京协和医院临床营养科主任医师 陈伟：佳节之前，先做到心中有数，为了维持自己的体重，该吃多少，中午吃多了，晚上少吃；晚上吃多了，让自己多活动，尽量消耗吃进肚里的食物。 　　中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院教授 范志红：在节日吃了大餐之后，接下来的三天需要吃清淡点，尤其盐、糖、油一定要少，三四天之后，体重就有可能明显下降。 　　聚会时“贪杯” 　　小心酒精这个“热量刺客” 　　专家表示，为了维持体重，除了控制摄入的食物量以外，还要警惕“酒”这个能量很高的“热量刺客”。 　　有些人认为酒的热量很低，或者只喝酒不吃菜并不会变胖。专家表示，这些观点都是不正确的。 　　中国医学科学院北京协和医院临床营养科主任医师 陈伟：二两酒顶二两的生米和生面，如果做成米饭是260克米饭。一克的主食中所含有的碳水化合物，我们叫糖类，它产生的完全供能是四千卡路里的能量，而一克的酒精，即乙醇，产生的是七千卡路里的能量，多了将近一倍的能量。 　　因此，需要控制体重的人群要在节日期间尽量减少酒类摄入，可适当饮用。 　　吃多了怎么办？ 　　轻断食法来补救 　　通过合理饮食是能够有效控制体重的。那么，如果万一没忍住，吃多了怎么办？其实也有方法来解决这个问题。 　　专家表示，如果前一天吃得过多，也没有运动消耗，在第二天可以通过轻断食的方法来补救。 　　中国医学科学院北京协和医院临床营养科主任医师 陈伟：我们叫补救饮食，不是说让大家一直每天都这么吃。是前一天吃多，第二天早餐一袋奶或豆浆，一个鸡蛋，中午中等大小的一个水果，晚餐半两到一两的主食、一两的瘦肉再吃半斤蔬菜。明天可以正常吃饭。 　　中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院教授 范志红：过节的时候哪些东西吃多了，比如肉吃多了，那这段时间就减点肉，蛋糕甜点吃多了，那这段时间先节制一下，改成清爽的水果蔬菜。 　　不要掉进“突击性减肥”的陷阱 　　针对短时间内的体重增加，有些人会采取“突击性减肥”的方法，例如，液断甚至擅自使用药物。然而这些减重方法都不可取，可能会对身体造成不同程度的伤害。 　　专家表示，这种“突击性减肥”所采用的方式大多是通过大幅度减少食物摄入总量。 　　中国医学科学院北京协和医院临床营养科主任医师 陈伟：往往采用的是极低能量饮食，才能够达到快速脱水、减重的作用，带来的体成分的变化，减掉的体重可能不是以过多的脂肪为主，而是以过多的水分为主。 　　此外，专家提示，一些体重管理类药物都针对一些特定人群。如果盲目用药，可能会带来一些严重的健康问题。 　　中国医学科学院北京协和医院临床营养科主任医师 陈伟：包括胃肠道的反应、其他脏器的表达性反应，而产生不良的影响，比如月经周期不来、头发掉光、便秘出现，这些情况都是对身体的损伤。 　　来源：央视新闻客户端 【编辑:于晓】|dfg|
