    应对鄱阳湖极枯水位 江西多措并举护航越冬候鸟栖息

    　　中新网南昌12月29日电 (记者 李韵涵)自鄱阳湖标志性水文站星子站水位14日6时跌破8米极枯水位以来，鄱阳湖水位持续走低。记者29日从江西鄱阳湖国家级自然保护区管理局获悉，为应对极枯水位，江西多措并举护航越冬候鸟栖息。 　　鄱阳湖是中国最大淡水湖，也是全球候鸟重要栖息地、国际重要湿地。作为亚洲最大的候鸟越冬地，每年有数十万只候鸟来到鄱阳湖越冬，其中包括白鹤、白枕鹤、东方白鹳等珍稀候鸟。 12月17日，在鄱阳湖畔的江西省南昌市五星白鹤保护小区，白鹤、小天鹅、白琵鹭等成群候鸟翔集于此。　刘占昆 摄 　　据江西鄱阳湖国家级自然保护区管理局资源管护科科长黄莎介绍，鄱阳湖保护区加强碟形湖管理，严格落实“一湖一策”管理机制，为每处碟形湖建立动态管理台账，每日通过“智能监控实时监测+工作人员现场排查”相结合的方式加密巡护频次，重点跟踪湖水水位变化、堤坝结构完整性及周边人为活动干扰情况，精准掌握岸线因水位涨落出现的破损问题，全年及时抢修6处堤坝倒塌缺口及闸口漏水点，采用沙袋封堵、混凝土加固等方式有效延缓湖水外泄速度，开展碟形湖岸线修复5公里，保障湖区蓄水能力。 　　此外，鄱阳湖保护区启动“十日会商”制度，不定期组织专家、地方相关职能部门召开会商会，结合实时水情数据、候鸟种群监测结果，科学制定调水方案，动态调整控水节奏，既满足候鸟栖息所需的浅滩环境，又保障水生生物繁殖的生态需水量。 　　黄莎表示，为提升鄱阳湖保护区智能化保护水平，鄱保局创新融合“智慧巡护、监测、预警、分析、推演”五大模块，通过物联网设备与5G通信技术联动，构建“问题采集—分析—处理—数字孪生推演”闭环体系，彻底转变湿地保护区依赖人力的传统巡护模式，减少监测盲区、统计误差等痛点，有效提升巡护效率。 　　同时，江西通过训练应用AI鸟类识别模型与声纹识别技术，重点实现对保护区八大旗舰物种的针对性自动化识别监测，对新进入保护区物种实现了有效监测记录，为湿地生物多样性保护提供精准数据支撑。(完) 【编辑:于晓艳】|dfg|
