    　　中新网香港12月28日电 香港特区政府创新科技及工业局28日发表2025年工作回顾，年内香港创科生态蓬勃发展，成绩亮丽，包括在世界知识产权组织《2025年全球创新指数》百强创新集群中，“深圳—香港—广州”集群排名全球第一。 2025年12月22日，河套深港科技创新合作区香港园区举行开园典礼。港深创新及科技园(简称港深创科园)是河套深港科技创新合作区的香港园区。图为香港特区行政长官李家超(右五)，中央港澳工作办公室、国务院港澳事务办公室分管日常工作的副主任徐启方(左四)等主礼嘉宾为园区揭牌。　中新网记者 侯宇 摄 　　作为香港创科发展的里程碑时刻，12月22日，河套深港科技创新合作区香港园区正式开园，海内外企业和人才陆续落户园区。创新科技及工业局积极推进落实创新要素跨境便捷流动政策措施，以及继续招商引资，将河套合作区打造成为国家培育新质生产力的重要策源地。 　　11月20日，创新科技及工业局公布《新田科技城创科产业发展规划概念纲要》，推动新田创科用地发展。新田科技城将以提供原型和中试、量产空间，发展本地优质创科产业，以及汇聚全球创科资源和人才为三个战略定位，聚焦发展生命健康科技、人工智能与机械人、微电子与智能设备等六大重点创科产业。 　　年内，15所全国重点实验室在港成立，并正式运作。香港微电子研发院正在元朗微电子中心设置两条中试线，预计2026年投入运作，以支持产品的开发和试产。 　　在推动人工智能生态圈发展方面，数码港人工智能超算中心已启用一年，运作畅顺并提升算力至3000 PFLOPS(每秒1000万亿次浮点运算)。香港人工智能研发院获立法会批准10亿港元拨款成立，将促进AI上游研发、中下游成果转化及开拓应用场景。 　　此外，创新科技及工业局通过“新型工业化资助计划”支持生产商在本地进行智能制造，至今已支持近120条新智能生产线；扶植超过500家有潜力或引领性的创科企业有意来港发展、落户或扩展在港业务；2025年亦举办多场创科盛事，包括首次举办和选址香港的世界互联网大会亚太峰会，着力打造创科盛事之都。(完) 【编辑:曹子健】|dfg|
