    台立法机构通过弹劾赖清德提案 明年5月19日投票表决

    　　中新社台北12月26日电 (记者 刘大炜)台湾当局立法机构12月26日通过对台当局领导人赖清德的弹劾提案，弹劾程序将进入审查及决议等阶段。其中，弹劾的表决投票将于2026年5月19日举行。 　　12月19日，中国国民党和台湾民众党民意代表宣布正式提案弹劾赖清德。该提案弹劾文显示，台行政主管部门拒绝副署、执行台立法机构三读通过的“财政收支划分法”修正案，被弹劾人赖清德予以配合，而非根据台湾地区现行规定公布该修正案，属于违规且失职的行为，故对其提出弹劾。 　　12月26日，立法机构投票表决提案，获当日出席111位民意代表中的60票赞成、51票反对，提案通过。 　　根据提案内容，预计在2026年1月14日至15日共举行两场弹劾赖清德的公开听证会；1月21日至22日召开第一次立法机构全体委员会，邀请被弹劾人赖清德到立法机构说明并应询；5月13日至14日召开第二次全体委员会，第二度邀请被弹劾人到立法机构说明并应询；5月19日将进行弹劾案的投票。 　　根据规定，对于台当局正副领导人的弹劾权由台立法机构行使，提议人数须为立法机构全部民意代表人数的一半以上，决议人数须达到全部民意代表人数的三分之二以上，并声请台当局司法机构“大法官”审理。弹劾案在司法机构审理时，须经过现有“大法官”总人数的三分之二以上同意后，弹劾案才能成立，被弹劾人即解职。(完) 【编辑:付子豪】|dfg|
