    　　真相来了丨车厘子含褪黑素可助眠？颜色越深越甜吗？一文科普 　　当下正是车厘子销售旺季，与此同时，“车厘子含天然褪黑素可助眠”“车厘子颜色越深品质越好”“车厘子每天不宜吃超过15颗”等说法受到关注。这些说法是否科学？戳视频，一起解开有关选购、食用“车厘子”的真相。 　　褪黑素是人体大脑松果体自然分泌的一种激素，通常在夜晚时分泌增加，向身体传递“该入睡”的信号，起到调节生物节律的作用。车厘子中褪黑素的含量高不高？吃车厘子能够补充褪黑素从而有助睡眠吗？ 　　中国科学院植物学博士 史军：车厘子里面确实含有一定量的褪黑素，但是褪黑素的量实在是太少了。100克车厘子里面所含的褪黑素的量通常只有1.5~1.8微克。通常来说应用褪黑素治疗的量，一般对于成人来说是0.5~10毫克，1毫克可是1000微克，所以我们吃车厘子要想达到这个治疗的量，需要成吨来吃，那基本上是做不到的。 　　此外，即便是含量可观的相关的褪黑素产品也只是一种“节律调节器”，通常只对于因节律紊乱引起的失眠，如倒时差、轮班工作等情况有一定效果。褪黑素并不能解决所有类型的失眠。况且，车厘子中的褪黑素含量十分有限。 　　此外，史军还提醒，比起褪黑素，车厘子里面含有的山梨糖醇更值得注意。 　　中国科学院植物学博士 史军：通常来说山梨糖醇含量比较高的是西梅。我们知道吃完西梅以后会让肠道通畅很多，同样的事情也有可能会发生在大量进食车厘子之后，如果吃得太多，是有可能会导致腹泻的，特别是对于婴幼儿。另外一个就是对肠道比较敏感的朋友而言，也是要控制一下摄入量的。 　　颜色越深代表车厘子品质越好吗？ 　　很多朋友在购买车厘子的时候喜欢买颜色深的，认为这样的车厘子成熟度更高，味道会更甜。在挑选车厘子的时候，外观颜色越深代表它的品质越好吗？ 　　中国科学院植物学博士 史军：不同车厘子的品种颜色是有很大区别的，比如最近集中上市的早熟型车厘子桑提娜。这个品种本身的特点就是皮和果肉都是呈紫红色的。在生长过程中可能因为光照条件，其他的环境因素影响，形成了果实颜色上的色差，但是这个色差是不是能够代表果实本身的口感和甜度，其实并没有一个统一的标准。就更不用说中晚熟的品种，它本身就不是深色的。代表性的就是雷尼尔，这种车厘子它本身就是黄底红晕的，也不能说颜色越深就越好吃。 　　车厘子每天不宜吃超过15颗？ 　　车厘子上市季，有说法称“每天不宜吃超过15颗”，这样的说法是否有科学依据？车厘子到底吃多少合适呢？ 　　中国科学院植物学博士 史军：其实没有一个客观的唯一标准，完全取决于每个人不同的身体状况。新的品种不断涌现，它们的糖度也会变得越来越高，有一些品种的可溶性糖含量达到19度，这对于有特殊需求控制血糖的朋友而言，还是要适当注意下总的进食量。 　　(央视新闻客户端) 【编辑:梁异】|dfg|
