    2025“百万英才汇南粤”招聘会入场求职者近15万人

    　　中新网深圳12月28日电 (索有为 张炜童 黄锐宇)2025年“百万英才汇南粤”秋季大型综合招聘会27日至28日在深圳会展中心(福田)举办。截至28日16时，入场求职人数近15万人。 　　本次招聘会共有1825家用人单位参与，提供6.5万余个优质岗位，吸引境内外1700多所高校学生报名。 　　据中国工程院院士、哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)校长黄玉东介绍，该校在此次招聘会上投放200余个人才计划指标，面向国内招收博士后，面向海外引进高层次人才与博士后，引才方向重点是围绕粤港澳大湾区，特别是深圳产业急需科技人才。 　　佛山大学食品科学与工程学院副院长、副教授朱寒月带着创业项目参展，该项目目前有明确招聘需求，计划在西藏招募农业相关人才，在佛山吸纳运营销售类人才。她表示，招聘会前期宣传预热到位，能将企业需求精准投放，既让招聘目标更明确，也打破了企业与求职者间的信息壁垒，助力双方高效沟通、顺利签约入职。 　　剑桥大学深圳校友会执委汪嘉郎介绍，其所在校友会旨在为师弟师妹提供联络服务、对接校友资源。“我受深圳人才落户政策吸引从佛山来到深圳，还享受到了住房落户补贴，希望活动吸引更多青年人才来深发展。”他说。 入场求职学生络绎不绝。张炜童 摄 　　“我第一次参加如此大型的招聘会，通过在会上了解招聘信息、旁听现场面试收获了许多真知灼见。”深圳大学社会学专业学生杨舒慧说，“我了解到很多文科可以投递的岗位，发现文科的就业前景并没有自己想象中狭窄，这是一次很宝贵的实践。” 　　“广东良好的营商环境及人才引进、人才补贴等政策，为企业招聘提供了有力支撑。”金发科技雇主品牌与校园负责人余程钢表示，金发科技作为国际化企业，海外基地遍布东南亚、欧美等地，常与外籍留学生开展互动交流。本次招聘会搭建了高效的校企交流平台。 　　深圳信步科技是国家专精特新“小巨人”企业，其招聘展位吸引不少求职者。信部科技首席招聘官莫奔表示，公司对高端技术及国际化人才需求迫切，此次携近30个优质岗位参展，覆盖硬件研发、嵌入式软件开发、海外拓展、策划品牌等领域，希望借助此次机会，吸引更多海内外高端人才加入。(完) 【编辑:曹子健】|dfg|
