    　　中新网香港12月30日电 (记者 戴小橦)香港金融管理局(简称“金管局”)与香港银行公会30日公布，香港所有零售银行将于12月31日或之前全面向个人客户推出“智安存”服务，市民可通过锁定银行账户内部分或全部存款，防止诈骗导致财产损失。 12月30日，香港金融管理局与香港银行公会公布，香港所有零售银行将于12月31日或之前全面向个人客户推出“智安存”服务。图为金管局助理总裁(银行操守)区毓麟(左)、金管局副总裁阮国恒(中)、香港银行公会署理主席纪鹭禧(右)出席记者会。　中新网记者 戴小橦 摄 　　金管局副总裁阮国恒表示，“智安存”为存款多加一层保护，是一项非常有用的防骗工具。增强银行客户自我保护的能力是防骗工作中重要的一环。金管局会继续与银行业界、执法机关、各持份者合作，全方位打击骗案。当客户需要动用受保护存款时，银行会与客户进行面对面的反诈骗核实程序，让客户有机会想清楚是否被骗，完成程序后客户才可转出或提取有关存款。 　　金管局助理总裁(银行操守)区毓麟表示，截至12月15日，“智安存”使用客户超过3200名，受保护存款总额约16亿港元。“智安存”适合所有客户群使用，如市民有一些短期内不需动用的银行存款，可考虑为这些存款加上“智安存”保护。 　　香港银行公会署理主席纪鹭禧表示，加强客户保障是银行公会今年的重点工作之一。随着所有零售银行全面推出“智安存”，银行业界将加强推广“智安存”。香港银行业界会持续提升各种防骗措施和公众教育，与金管局、执法机关携手打击诈骗罪行。(完) 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
