    中国修订国家通用语言文字法 规范网络空间用语用字要求

    　　中新社北京12月27日电 (记者 谢雁冰 曾玥)十四届全国人大常委会第十九次会议12月27日表决通过新修订的国家通用语言文字法。此次修订适应实践发展，健全使用规则，规范网络空间用语用字要求。 　　现行国家通用语言文字法自2001年起实施，是中国第一部有关语言文字的专门法律。全国人大常委会法工委行政法室负责人当天在答记者问时表示，法律实施20多年来，社会语言生活发生深刻变化，法律实施面临新形势新任务，语言文字工作遇到一些新情况新问题，有必要在认真总结实践经验的基础上，对法律作出修改。 　　新修订的国家通用语言文字法共五章32条，将自2026年1月1日起施行。上述负责人介绍，修订后的国家通用语言文字法坚持问题导向，适应实践发展，巩固国家通用语言文字的法律地位，完善学习使用国家通用语言文字的法律规定，为更好发挥推广普及国家通用语言文字在传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化、维护国家统一和民族团结、铸牢中华民族共同体意识等方面的重要作用提供了更加坚实的法治保障。 　　在完善法律原则方面，新法在立法目的中增加“铸牢中华民族共同体意识，坚定文化自信”，在总则中规定“任何组织或者个人都不得妨碍公民学习和使用国家通用语言文字”。 　　在健全使用规则方面，前述负责人说，此次修订推动国家通用语言文字信息技术创新发展，推进国家通用语言文字的信息化、数字化、智能化建设。 　　新法规范网络空间用语用字要求，明确网络文艺节目、网络剧、网络电影等网络视听节目以及网络游戏等网络出版物应当以国家通用语言文字为基本的用语用字；明确政府主办的或者提供社会公共服务的门户网站、移动应用程序等互联网信息平台中使用的国家通用语言文字应当符合国家的规范和标准。 　　此次修订还明确，在境内举办的国际展览、国际会议等，其标识、标牌、宣传品等需要使用外国语言文字的，应当同时使用国家通用语言文字；明确国际中文教育应当教授国家通用语言文字，通过国际交流合作促进人类文明交流互鉴。(完) 【编辑:刘欢】|dfg|
