    　　中新社福州1月2日电 题：两岸“小三通”廿五载：亲情不过一碗面线糊的距离 　　中新社记者 闫旭 　　从厦门到金门，对厦门海洋职业技术学院教师蔡弼凯而言，亲情不过一碗面线糊的距离。 　　“作为一名土生土长的金门人，我既是‘小三通’的亲历者、受益者，也是研究者。”蔡弼凯在2002年辞去台湾的公职到厦门求学就业，经常乘坐“小三通”往返。他说，如今只需要带上手机和证件，周末就可以回家，吃上一碗热乎乎的金门面线糊。 　　2026年1月2日，由福建省闽台交流协会、福建省交通学会共同主办的“小三通”客运航线通航25周年主题座谈交流活动在福州举行。相关单位负责人、专家学者，金门、马祖各界代表，在闽台商、台师、台青代表，围绕“赓续‘小三通’廿五载 共促两岸融合发展”主题，回顾过去、畅想未来。 　　2001年1月2日，由金门料罗港启航的“太武号”和“浯江号”两艘客轮，搭载着180名金门乡亲首航厦门和平码头；同日，马祖进香团一行507人，搭乘“台马轮”从马祖直航福州马尾港。两岸完成分隔五十多年来的首次客轮直接通航。 　　马祖前民意代表曹尔忠是首次“小三通”直航的亲历者。他回忆道，一船人浩浩荡荡从闽江口进来，都穿着红色的衣服，非常亮丽。时隔25年，他还珍藏着当时戴的那顶红色帽子，并特地把它带到此次交流活动现场。 　　“‘两门对开、两马先行’的实现，‘两马协议’‘两门协议’的签署，都经历了漫长的煎熬，是我们两岸多少人一步一步努力争取来的。”曹尔忠说，“‘小三通’给马祖和金门乡亲带来了非常多福祉。” 　　“小三通”航线通航25年来，已累计运送旅客超2600万人次，成为两岸民众的“黄金水道”、亲情线和民生线。从临时营运到定期航行再到增开航线，两岸人员往来从“个案审批”到“快捷通关”再到“智慧通关”，两岸往来的便利化程度持续提升。 　　两岸同胞跨境工作、就医、购物、求学成为日常图景；福建物美价廉的日常物资输往台湾，台湾农渔产品、特色商品便捷登陆，两岸经济血脉畅通循环。 　　马祖县长王忠铭说，马祖与福州一衣带水，得益于“小三通”航线，多年来两地在经贸、文化、宗教、体育、环保等层面持续深化合作，累积了难能可贵的情谊。2015年以来，福马磋商会已举办八次会谈，累计达成40多项共识。“这些成果逐步转化为两岸实质互惠的交流合作，也在互信基础上持续堆叠善意，让交流不只是停留在理念上，而且是真正走进民众的生活。” 　　金门县副县长李文良亦有同感。他说，“小三通”开通以来，金门逐渐成为两岸宗教、教育、体育、文化、艺术等层面交流往来的重要纽带，也成为众多台商“登陆”福建或返回台湾的重要枢纽。“两岸民众通过这条‘黄金水道’满足日常生活需求、联系彼此情谊、拓展事业宏图。” 　　随着两岸融合发展示范区建设的推进，“小三通”助力厦金、福马“同城生活圈”加速形成。福州推出“福马同城通”卡及两批次20条先行先试政策；厦门落地“厦金同城卡”，谋划通电、通气、通桥。 　　“25年前，我从金门搭乘‘太武号’到厦门时，深切体会到‘路是人走出来的’。后来，听起来像天方夜谭的‘福建沿海向金门供水’，也成为现实。”金门红十字会荣誉会长王水彰说，金门乡亲期待厦金大桥早日建成通车，让厦金成为更紧密的“同城生活圈”。金门、马祖应成为促进两岸交流的窗口，更好地推动两岸融合发展。(完) 【编辑:张子怡】|dfg|
