    日本加紧对台海无人机作战部署，专家：中方有能力粉碎任何外来干涉

    　　中新网1月4日电(钟新军)据美联社报道，近日，高市早苗内阁批准了超9万亿日元的2026财年国防预算，同比增长9.4%，连续第12年创新高。 　　外媒指出，在这一创纪录的国防预算中，军用无人机是日方发展的重点领域。 　　美国《外交学者》称，日本将斥资约1000亿日元采购10种不同型号的无人机，总量达数千架，以打造代号“盾牌”的多层海岸攻防体系。 　　预算中特意列支11亿日元，用来让自卫队测试美制MQ-9B长航时无人机，为后续引进23架该型无人机做准备。 　　美国“海军新闻”网站称，这笔军火交易最终金额或达3000亿日元，并认为日方目的就是加强西南诸岛海空监视能力，刺探别国战舰、潜艇的动向。 　　外媒还称，根据预算编制内容，日本计划投入超过1600亿日元，与英国、意大利合作开发下一代战斗机。 　　据英国《简氏防务周刊》披露，这笔资金有个相当隐秘的重要用途，就是研制可与新型战机协同配合的“战斗支援无人机”。 “战斗支援无人机”模型。图/比利时“陆军知识”网站 　　按照该项目承包商三菱重工的说法，其在研隐身无人机有两款，分别担负拦截和侦察任务，充当有人驾驶战机的“无人忠诚僚机”。 　　特别是长约10米的拦截无人机，设计要求其具备空中作战能力，不仅可隐秘行动规避雷达探测，还能拦截、摧毁对手的飞机和导弹。 　　据印度“防务新闻”网站报道，除了上述高端无人机，三菱重工还推出了可用于后勤运输的中型无人机。 　　外媒称，三菱重工以雅马哈摩托马达作为中型无人机的动力系统。试验表明，该无人机可将200公斤军用物资送往200公里外的偏远岛屿。 　　另据报道，日本政府还向川崎重工、斯巴鲁等企业提供大量资金，支持它们同步开展无人机软件、集成系统和人工智能技术等方面的研究。 　　值得注意的是，三菱、川崎等军工巨头，二战期间都曾是为虎作伥的军国主义帮凶，而今在日本强军壮武的过程中，其依旧扮演着急先锋的角色。 　　至于造汽车的斯巴鲁公司，据泰国《亚洲军事评论》报道，2025年7月，日本防卫省对斯巴鲁交付的“遥控支援飞机”进行了试飞功能验证。 　　外媒指出，所谓的“遥控支援飞机”，就是一款固定翼隐身无人机，号称敏捷性超过有人驾驶飞机。 　　斯巴鲁用其测试飞控和导航技术，这些技术一旦成熟，或融入“战斗支援无人机”项目。三菱重工则计划采取汽车流水线的模式，批量制造军用无人机。 　　一位长期研究日本军情的学者告诉中新网，自卫队通过观察热点冲突，逐渐意识到无人机的巨大军事价值，并形成了相应作战理论。 　　他表示，高市早苗发表涉台挑衅言论后不久，日本政府就通过了巨额国防预算，并以无人机为重点加紧西南诸岛军事部署，这绝非偶然。 　　该学者介绍，自卫队计划以西南诸岛为前沿阵地，依托不同型号和用途的无人机，针对台海方向执行远程监控、空中拦截、对海打击等任务。 　　以邻近中国台湾的与那国岛为例，自卫队在岛上驻有电子战部队，其职能之一就是干扰邻国的通信与雷达系统，掩护己方无人机发动偷袭。 　　而前面提到的各型无人机，正是日本妄图介入台海局势之际，希望倚重的所谓“秘密武器”。 　　但这位学者指出，日方图谋不可能得逞。从九三阅兵到“正义使命-2025”演习，充分表明中国军队具备粉碎任何外来干涉的强大实力与坚定决心。 　　“无论攻防能力还是无人智能装备，解放军都保持着全面优势。”他说，“日方若执迷不悟，必将自食其果。”(完) 【编辑:刘湃】|dfg|
