    是“展示台”也是“练兵场” 全国社院联评联展淬炼教学真功

    　　2025年岁末，“全国社院好课程联评联展暨师资培训班”在中央社会主义学院举办，创下三个“首次”：首次将课程申报范围扩大至地市级社院，首次增加案例教学课程、网络课程，首次请所有推荐课程教师现场观摩学习。 　　10天内，来自全国社院系统的50门优质课程依次亮相，多位专家点评、打分，中央社会主义学院的讲台变身全国社院系统好课程的展示台、各地教师的练兵场。 　　“精准雕琢的刻刀” 专家点评助提升 　　“六月份，我们接到录课参赛的通知，提交了视频和讲稿，中央社院组织专家进行初评。”上海市社会主义学院教研部副教授孙彦此次带来的课程是《深入学习习近平总书记关于共同富裕的重要论述》，他备课3年，前后修改七八稿，仍不太满意。“现场，专家评委们和我探讨了共同富裕的历史进程论、数字经济背景下的劳动形式转变后的共富问题、中国经济发展的‘高带动性’促进共同富裕等一系列话题，帮我拓展了研究和教学的思路。” 　　来自重庆社会主义学院卢作孚研究中心的副教授孙德魁形容专家点评如同“精准雕琢的刻刀”。在案例教学课程中，贵州毕节试验区、西安大唐不夜城、湖南资兴“民生老嗲”调解室等内容依次登场。“多位专家在针对案例课程点评中都强调教学设计必须坚持问题导向，而且一定要找准‘一石激起千层浪’的核心问题，引导学员结合身边人、身边事，深度思考，最后再上升到理论层面，使我深受启发”，孙德魁说。福建平潭综合实验区社会主义学院教师王振华表示，如何将地方实践升华到普遍规律层面，专家的点评为大家提供了很好的指导。 　　课还能这么上！从“一题三讲”到乐器进课堂 　　专家点评精彩纷呈，兄弟社院的教学方式创新也让学员们眼界大开。 　　12月16日下午，教室中飘出优美的弦乐声。四川省社会主义学院教师正在展示《统战史话里的弦音漫谈》课程，讲授与演奏同时进行：一位教师讲史说理，另一位则以乐器相和。这种“以史串歌、以歌叙史”的讲课方式，给浙江省社会主义学院教研部副教授金瓯留下了深刻印象：“让抽象的理论在艺术共鸣中变得可感、可亲，也为线下课堂提供了更具感染力的延伸与补充，体现了政治共识教育形式的时代性。” 　　由黑龙江、河北和北京三地社院教师联合打造的《一题三讲：从“五一口号”到协商建国》课程也颇具创新性。三地教师以“接力授课”的方式，共同完成了一次跨区域教学实践。借助云端技术，让“五一口号”诞生地与人民政协筹备地、启航地“多地联动”。孙德魁说，这样的教学方式让自己看到了教学理念的多样落地方式，也打破了自身教学方式的路径依赖。 　　整合央地资源 实现跨学科交流 　　本次联评联展，多位教师的课程都围绕“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”展开。如青海省社会主义学院统一战线教研部(民族宗教学教研部)副主任、教授赵英讲《坚持以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为新时代党的民族工作的主线》，湖北省社会主义学院教师梁世峰讲《新时代党的民族工作的根本遵循和行动指南》，中央社会主义学院中华文化教研部文化传承发展教研室副主任、副教授吕存凯分享《长城内外是故乡——从长城看中华民族共同体的形成和发展》…… 　　在点评专家、清华大学国家战略研究院资深研究员谢茂松看来，联评联展的重要意义在于形成一种跨学科交流，推动像中华民族共同体这类的交叉学科发展。并且，有利于整合央地社院资源，构建央地合作机制，形成全国社院的学术共同体。 　　回顾此次联评联展，点评专家、浙江大学国家制度研究院研究员沈桂萍表示，参加展示的课程质量精湛，构成了全国统战教学的“精品图谱”。活动通过学、讲、评有机融合，不仅让“展示台”成为“练兵场”，让点评专家和参展教师在互动交流中实现教学相长，也为新时代统战教育培训工作提供了宝贵的经验与启示。(完)(《中国新闻》报作者刘军 刘益伶报道) 【编辑:梁异】|dfg|
