    　　新华社北京12月30日电 题：“倚外谋独”“以武拒统”必遭迎头痛击 　　新华社记者 　　威武之师，雷霆出击。12月29日开始，中国人民解放军东部战区组织陆军、海军、空军、火箭军等兵力，位台湾海峡、台岛北部、台岛西南、台岛东南、台岛以东，组织“正义使命-2025”演习。此次演习，剑锋直指赖清德当局“倚外谋独”“以武拒统”，是对“台独”分裂势力和外部干涉势力的严重警告，是捍卫国家主权、维护国家统一的正当必要行动。 　　去年上台以来，赖清德当局拒不承认“九二共识”，顽固坚持“台独”分裂立场，明目张胆鼓吹“新两国论”，导致台海局势持续紧张，两岸关系面临严峻挑战。 　　从抛出将大陆视为“境外敌对势力”的所谓“17项策略”，到炮制所谓“团结十讲”大肆兜售“台独”分裂谬论；从歪曲联合国大会第2758号决议，叫嚣“中华人民共和国无权代表台湾”，公然挑战国际社会坚持一个中国原则的基本格局和战后国际秩序，到台湾光复80周年之际公然恋殖媚日，站在日本侵略者立场将抗战胜利称为“终战”……今年以来，赖清德当局谋“独”挑衅言行变本加厉，充分暴露其冥顽不化的“台独”本性和“和平破坏者”“危机制造者”“战争煽动者”的邪恶面目。 　　从滥用行政和司法资源，公然迫害主张两岸交流和支持统一的政党、团体与人士，清查台湾民众领用大陆证件，限制公职人员及普通民众赴大陆交流，到持续对大陆有关团组和人员赴台参访交流设卡设限，禁止岛内与一些大陆高校交流合作，胁迫台商台企放弃扎根大陆的“阳关道”，图谋两岸经贸“脱钩断链”……赖清德当局处心积虑打压、限阻两岸交流交往与合作，不遗余力煽动“抗中保台”。 　　赖清德当局之所以如此倒行逆施、毫无顾忌，无非是自认为抱上了外部干涉势力的大腿。赖清德当局施政不彰，“倚外谋独”却无所不用其极，为纳“投名状”，不惜将以台积电为代表的台湾核心优势产业以投资或合资方式向美国转移，还“滑跪”屈从美方高额关税，全然不顾岛内产业和民众利益福祉。赖清德及其党羽大肆勾连外部势力，打着“民主自由”的幌子乞求外部势力介入纯属中国内政的台湾问题。 　　为迎合美国一些政客“军火牟利”与“战略操弄”的需求，赖清德当局强行推动对美军购，妄图强化所谓“不对称战力”，甘当美方“以台制华”马前卒。今年8月，台当局行政机构通过2026年度总预算案，其中防务预算达9495亿元新台币，占预测GDP的3.32%，创历年新高。不久前，赖清德当局又提出总额约1.25万亿元新台币的“防务特别预算”，并计划到2030年将防务预算提升至GDP的5%。赖清德当局还推动成立所谓“全社会防卫韧性委员会”，向全台发放“全民防卫手册”，提出所谓“守护国家安全行动方案”及“13项具体行动”，系统规划武器采购、战力提升和军民动员，叫嚣打造“台湾之盾”防空系统。 　　明眼人都看得出来，赖清德当局为“倚外谋独”，不惜向外部势力摇尾乞怜、出卖台湾，用台湾人民的血汗钱交“保护费”，甚至不惜将2300万台湾民众绑上“台独战车”。可以说，以赖清德为首的“台独”分裂势力，与台海和平水火不容，是不折不扣的“麻烦制造者”“危险制造者”“战争制造者”。 　　解放军开展代号为“正义使命”的强有力军事演习，指向性非常明确，针对的就是“台独”分裂势力与外来干涉势力相互勾连的恶劣行径，绝非针对广大台湾同胞。对赖清德“倚外谋独”“以武拒统”以及外部势力的干涉挑衅进行严厉警告和有力遏制，是捍卫国家主权和领土完整、维护中华民族根本利益和台湾同胞切身利益的正当合法行动。 　　统一大势不可阻挡，“倚外谋独”注定失败，“以武拒统”加速灭亡。正告赖清德及民进党当局，凡是倚仗外部势力的行径都将自取其辱，凡是背叛民族的罪人都将遭到正义审判，凡是分裂祖国的图谋都将遭到坚决反制。“台独”分裂势力和外部干涉势力胆敢突破红线，必将遭到迎头痛击！统一必胜，“台独”必亡！ 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
