    国家气候中心：2026年1月需关注低温雨雪可能带来的不利影响

    　　中新网12月30日电 12月30日，中国气象局举行新闻发布会。国家气候中心副主任高荣发布2026年1月气候趋势预测及服务建议。 　　气温方面：内蒙古东北部、东北地区大部、华东东南部、华南东南部、西南地区南部、新疆西部等地气温较常年同期偏低，其中黑龙江东部、吉林东部、辽宁东北部气温偏低1～2℃；全国其余地区气温接近常年同期到偏高，其中四川西北部、甘肃南部局部、青海南部、西藏东北部等地偏高1～2℃。 　　降水方面：东北地区大部、内蒙古东部、华中西北部、西北地区东南部、西南地区东北部、新疆西部等地降水较常年同期偏多，其中内蒙古东北部、黑龙江大部、吉林东部、云南东北部局部、贵州西北部、四川中东部、重庆西部、陕西南部、甘肃东南部、新疆西部等地偏多2～5成；全国其余地区降水接近常年同期到偏少，其中江苏中南部、上海、安徽中南部、浙江、福建、湖北东部、江西、湖南东部、广东北部、广西东北部、西藏中西部等地偏少2～5成。 　　高荣表示，根据1月气候趋势预测，需要重点关注三个方面： 　　一是关注低温雨雪可能带来的不利影响。东北地区东部、内蒙古东北部、新疆西部等地气温较常年同期偏低、降水偏多，西北地区东南部、西南地区东北部降水偏多，存在阶段性低温、大风、雪灾、雨雪冰冻等气象灾害风险，需提前做好设施农业和畜牧业的防寒、保暖、抗风准备，交通、能源和电力部门做好低温雨雪灾害风险预案。 　　二是提前防范气象干旱造成的影响。华东中部、华中南部等地降水明显偏少，气温接近常年同期到偏高，气象干旱可能有所发展。有关部门需密切监视未来干旱发展态势，做好塘坝、水库的蓄水、保水工作，科学合理调度水资源，统筹保障城乡生产、生活用水需求。 　　三是关注不利大气扩散条件。京津冀和汾渭平原存在阶段性大气稳定度高、风速较小等不利于大气扩散的气象条件，需关注华北地区低能见度天气和不利扩散条件对生产生活和交通运输的影响。 【编辑:刘湃】|dfg|
