    一系列创新举措积极探索破解养老照护难题 让养老服务“扩容+提质+增效”

    　　央视网消息：2025年是我国养老服务体系建设的关键一年，覆盖城乡的养老服务体系更加完善。新的一年，我国将通过推进养老机构分类改革、开展认知障碍照护服务等措施，让养老服务扩容提质增效。 　　最近，在山东威海，居家养老护理员孙桂翠每次上门为老人服务后，只要上传服务记录，老人便可以使用政府发放的中度以上失能老人消费券，直接抵扣服务费用。 　　2025年7月起，我国在浙江、山东、重庆等7个试点地区，面向中度以上失能老年人发放养老服务消费补贴，切实减轻家庭照护压力。此外，经济困难失能老人集中照护、“老年父母+残疾子女”共同入住养老机构等一系列创新举措，也在积极探索破解困难老年人家庭的养老照护难题。 　　2025年，适老化改造持续推进，全国同步开展消费品以旧换新补贴，带动消费增长的同时改善了老年人居家环境。为加快补齐农村养老服务短板，国家投入2.96亿元财政资金，支持59个地区开展县域养老服务体制机制创新试点。 　　居家社区养老服务持续深化，中央财政投入9亿元资金支持50个项目地区建设家庭养老床位、提供上门服务，让居家养老的老人“床边有照护、周边有服务”。 　　2025年，科技进步为养老服务注入新动能，智能陪伴机器人、智能护理床、外骨骼机器人、智能助浴设备等智慧产品和服务触手可及，大大提升了养老服务质效和老年人生活品质。 　　民政部养老服务司副司长孙文灿称：“我们将推进养老服务扩容提质增效，发展社区支持的居家养老服务，推进养老机构分类改革，加快养老机构护理型床位建设，开展认知障碍照护服务，加快养老服务师制度建设，更好满足失能老年人专业照护服务需要。” 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
