    杭州通报4起违反中央八项规定精神问题

    　　中新网12月31日电 据中央纪委国家监委网站消息，2026年元旦、春节将至，为强化警示震慑，深化以案促改、以案促治，推进作风建设常态长效，杭州市通报4起违反中央八项规定精神典型问题。 　　1.市综合行政执法局(市城市管理局)原党组成员、副局长邵伟华违规收受礼卡等问题。2021年春节前，时任原下城区副区长的邵伟华，在其办公室内收受管理和服务对象所送的大量超市消费卡。邵伟华还存在其他严重违纪违法问题。2025年9月，邵伟华受到开除党籍、开除公职处分，涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。 　　2.市发展和改革委员会固定资产投资处(行政审批处)原处长郑锟违规收受礼品、礼卡等问题。2022年1月至2025年5月，郑锟在担任市发展和改革委员会固定资产投资处(行政审批处)处长期间，多次在春节、中秋等节日，收受多名管理和服务对象所送的高档烟酒、保健品、电子产品等礼品，以及超市消费卡、购物卡、加油充值卡等礼卡，另向管理和服务对象转嫁个人宴请费用。2025年11月，郑锟受到党内严重警告(影响期二年)、政务撤职处分。 　　3.市公安局拱墅区分局原副处长级干部、康桥派出所所长王钟校违规收受礼品、违规吃喝等问题。2017年8月至2022年11月，王钟校在担任半山街道党工委委员、半山派出所所长等职务期间，通过虚列巡防经费等支出套取资金，在半山派出所设立“小金库”，用于违规接待等账外支出。2021年初至2025年2月，王钟校在担任半山派出所所长、康桥派出所所长等职务期间，多次收受不同管理和服务对象所送的高档白酒、保健品等礼品。王钟校还存在其他严重违纪违法问题。2025年10月，王钟校被开除党籍、开除公职，涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。 　　4.临平开发投资集团有限公司财务部原副部长金俊违规收受礼卡问题。2019年9月至2024年2月，金俊在担任杭州余杭开发投资集团有限公司财务部融资科科长、杭州余杭开发投资集团有限公司财务部副部长、杭州临平开发投资集团有限公司财务部副部长等职务期间，多次在春节、中秋等节日，收受管理和服务对象所送的加油充值卡。2025年3月，金俊受到党内严重警告处分。 【编辑:刘湃】|dfg|
