    四川九龙：12.6公里矿山和水利两用隧道贯通

    　　中新网甘孜12月31日电 (记者 刘忠俊)12月31日，四川省甘孜藏族自治州九龙县魁多镇里伍中咀铜矿生产隧道顺利贯通。这座海拔2600米、断面仅12平方米的特长隧道，不仅是铜矿生产的“运输动脉”，更将成为破解偏远山区发展瓶颈、保障民生饮水的“民生水脉”。 隧道贯通后安全技术人员现场检查。记者 刘忠俊 摄 　　据介绍，中咀铜矿生产隧道地处凉山州冕宁县、木里县与甘孜州九龙县结合部，所在区域是以藏、汉、彝等民族为主体的多民族聚居区。作为典型的深埋小断面特长隧道，该隧道全长12.6公里，最大埋深1544米，更是全国罕见的矿山、水利两用隧道。 　　与常规“先矿后水”(引水工程复用既有矿山隧道)的两用隧道不同，该隧道一次性设计建造完成，其长度创下全国矿山、水利两用隧道纪录。更具挑战性的是，隧道采用两端独头掘进模式，无横洞、斜井及平行导洞辅助，仅南口掘进长度就达7.25公里。“隧道穿越多条地质断裂带，岩爆、突水、突泥、高地热等地质灾害频发，施工难度堪称业内罕见。”中铁八局中咀铜矿项目部总工程师陈其云坦言，为攻克难题，施工方全面推行机械化施工，搭配压入式通风等先进工艺，成功化解了一系列施工风险。 隧道内工程车正加紧运输渣土。记者 刘忠俊 摄 　　通风难题曾是施工中的“拦路虎”。因无辅助坑道，隧道内空气流通不畅，气温常攀升至37摄氏度以上，严重影响施工安全与效率。“我们试过所有能用的方案，最终确定以压入式通风为核心，搭配硬质风管和风机接力的组合方案，系统性解决了通风困境。”陈其云回忆，隧道下穿挖金沟时，曾突发大规模涌水，200米隧道被淹没，施工团队历经半个多月昼夜抢险，才逐步恢复正常施工。 隧道贯通仪式现场。记者 刘忠俊 摄 　　据悉，隧道贯通后，除保障中咀铜矿正常生产外，还将精准解决九龙县0.43万城镇人口、0.59万农村人口，以及1.04万头牲畜的安全饮水问题，为地方经济社会发展注入强劲动力。(完) 【编辑:于晓艳】|dfg|
