    　　中新社宁夏红寺堡区12月28日电 题：中国最大易地移民搬迁安置区展新颜 　　中新社记者 杨迪 　　近日，一组关于宁夏罗山的对比图引发关注。图片中，罗山植被稀疏的“锅盖头”经过20余年的生态修复，林线从海拔2000多米下延至1800米，已长出浓密的“披肩发”。 罗山林线对比图(左为2003年，右为2025年)。(红寺堡区供图) 　　宁夏吴忠市红寺堡区就依傍在罗山脚下，这里常住人口达23.5万，是中国最大的易地移民搬迁安置区。近日，记者走进红寺堡区，了解当地的生态蝶变。 　　“罗山地处宁夏中部干旱带，具有防风防沙、水源涵养等诸多重要功能，是宁夏中部的生态安全屏障。”罗山国家级自然保护区管理局副局长马廷贵介绍，2002年，罗山国家级自然保护区获批成立，保护区采取以自然恢复为主，人工促进修复为辅的生态保护恢复措施，全面实施禁牧封育、天然林保护、草原修复等项目，林地资源管护能力与恢复效果得到显著提升。 罗山生态环境向好(资料图)。(红寺堡区供图) 　　“20余年来，罗山的森林覆盖率从9.61%提升到24.71%。”马廷贵介绍，如今的罗山已成为宁夏中部重要的野生动植物种质资源基因库，保护区内野生维管植物达518种，较21世纪初增加了100种；野生脊椎动物达229种，国家一、二级保护动物增至50种；就连对生态环境极为敏感的大型真菌和苔藓，也分别记录到74种和41种。 　　在罗山从事了18年护林员工作的田军山告诉记者，自己如今在巡山过程中，可以看到成片的树木，山也明显更绿了。护林员王志兵也感叹：“以前山上树木少，动物也少见。现在通过红外相机，经常能拍到野猪、豹猫等。” 　　罗山的变化，也改善了红寺堡区的生态环境。红寺堡区新庄集乡西源村村民任贤峰坦言，自己刚搬到这里时，风沙大、植被少，“现在空气好了，树多了，环境确实大变样了。” 　　“红寺堡区开发之初，森林覆盖率仅约5%，现在已提升至12.06%。”红寺堡区林草局副局长田育蓉介绍，当地还落实草原生态奖补、退耕还林补助、公益林生态效益补偿等政策，并开发生态护林员等公益性岗位。 　　“罗山的生态价值正逐步转化为经济价值。”田育蓉说，罗山外围区域依托良好的生态环境，发展林下种植3000余亩，林下养殖家禽30万余只，同时还培育出生态民宿、森林休闲等新业态。(完) 【编辑:叶攀】|dfg|
