    　　本报讯 (记者姬薇)每年冬天，很多想要减重的人会发现，体重下降变慢了，甚至不降反增，近日中国疾控中心发文提醒，冬季减重面临特有的生理挑战，需要从科学角度解开冬季减重困局。 　　从生物进化角度看，冬季意味着食物可能短缺和生活环境寒冷，身体会启动“节能模式”，基础代谢率可能轻微下降，以保存能量、抵御严寒。同时，冬季维持体温需要消耗更多能量，但对于久坐少动的现代人来说，整体能量平衡往往倾向于储备大于消耗。 　　中国疾控中心提醒，冬季高效减重可从膳食、作息、运动、心态四个方面同步发力。在膳食上，控制总能量摄入和保持合理的膳食结构是减重的关键。遵循科学的营养素供能占比：蛋白质占每日能量来源的15%~20%；碳水化合物供能占比50%~60%，优先选燕麦、糙米、杂豆、红薯等含丰富膳食纤维的全谷物、杂粮和薯类，减少精制糖和甜点摄入；脂肪供能占比20%~30%，优先选择摄入坚果、鱼油、橄榄油、茶籽油等优质脂肪。 　　保证饮水和睡眠。每天饮用1.5~1.7升温水，饭前一杯水还能增加饱腹感。同时，调整运动策略，日常兼顾正式锻炼与碎片化活动，每周安排2~3次抗阻力量训练，居家可借助弹力带、超慢跑、自重训练等方式维持代谢率，也可尝试快速跳绳、波比跳等高强度间歇训练以产生“后燃效应”。 　　此外，要做好心态调整，接受冬季体重下降速度比夏季慢0.1~0.2公斤/周的正常波动。减重监测时除记录体重外，还需关注腰围变化、衣物宽松度和运动能力提升等体重以外的指标。（工人日报） 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
