    香港廉政公署打击楼宇维修贪污团伙拘21人

    　　中新网香港1月2日电 香港特区廉政公署2日表示，廉政公署人员近期采取执法行动，打击一个有黑社会背景人士操纵的楼宇维修贪污团伙，涉及观塘区两个屋苑的大维修工程，先后拘捕共21人。 　　被捕人士为15名男子及6名女子，年龄介乎30岁至81岁，包括中间人、工程顾问、工程承办商及屋苑业主立案法团成员，部分人士有黑社会背景。 　　廉政公署人员在行动中搜查多个地点，包括涉案工程顾问及工程承办商的办公室，并检走招标文件等证物。 资料图为2024年11月拍摄的位于北角渣华道的香港特区廉政公署(ICAC)总部大楼。　中新网记者 侯宇 摄 　　廉政公署表示，行动涉及观塘区两个屋苑的大维修工程。其中一项工程，涉案工程承办商涉嫌通过中间人行贿工程顾问及屋苑法团部分成员，以取得总值约3300万港元的工程合约。另一项工程则仍在筹备阶段，涉案中间人怀疑借贪污手段，收集业主的“委任代表文书”(俗称“授权票”)，企图操控屋苑法团以协助日后取得相关维修工程合约。 　　廉政公署人员采取执法行动后，已主动联络两个屋苑的相关持份者，提醒他们在跟进涉案工程时需留意的贪污风险。 　　廉政公署称，楼宇维修与广大市民息息相关，牵涉不同持份者，廉政公署一直十分关注相关贪污情况，采取结合专业执法、制度预防及社区教育的“三管齐下”策略，通过严厉执法及适时主动介入，并与相关部门及机构紧密合作和各司其职，全力打击楼宇维修工程中可能涉及的贪污及其他不法行为。(完) 【编辑:张子怡】|dfg|
