    韩国法院以涉嫌一般利敌罪对尹锡悦追加逮捕令

    　　中新社首尔1月2日电　（刘旭 刘思宁）2日，韩国首尔中央地方法院以涉嫌一般利敌罪对前总统尹锡悦追加逮捕令，原因是其存在“毁灭证据的可能性”。由此，尹锡悦的羁押期限从本月18日起被延长，最长6个月。 　　据此前报道，尹锡悦曾于2025年1月被检方起诉并羁押，但法院随后作出撤销羁押决定，其于3月获释。2025年7月，尹锡悦因涉嫌妨碍执行特殊公务等罪名被再次羁押，后于同月19日被起诉。 　　2025年11月10日，特检组以涉嫌一般利敌罪和滥用职权妨碍权力行使罪提出追加起诉。12月23日，首尔中央地方法院对尹锡悦进行了逮捕前讯问，即逮捕必要性审查。特检组在讯问中强调了尹锡悦涉嫌罪行的严重性以及证据被销毁的风险。但尹锡悦方面主张一般利敌罪不成立，其代理人发表声明称，检方所主张的犯罪事实并未得到充分说明。 　　据悉，尹锡悦的羁押期限原本截至本月18日，追加逮捕令后最长可再拘押6个月。（完） 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
