    　　中新网北京1月4日电(记者 袁秀月)1月4日，北京市人民政府新闻办公室举行“十四五”时期北京市空气质量状况新闻发布会。记者获悉，2025年，北京减少用煤约1233万吨，煤炭消费量下降至25万吨左右。“十四五”时期，北京全市充电桩数量由23万个增长至47.9万个。 发布会现场。袁秀月 摄 　　煤炭消费量下降至25万吨左右 　　会上，北京市城市管理委一级巡视员、新闻发言人李如刚介绍，北京市严格落实煤炭消费总量控制，2025年减少用煤约1233万吨，煤炭消费量下降至25万吨左右。实施“煤改电”配电网升级改造，“煤改电”用户达到137万户。外调绿电规模大幅攀升，完成2025年度400亿千瓦时的任务。 　　同时，北京市印发《北京市燃气机组发电压减新能源替代工作方案》，完成压减电量新能源替代交易工作，累计达成交易电量15.26亿千瓦时，压减电量实现100%绿电替代。推动燃气电厂实施节能技改工程，余热利用投入后，每年减少天然气用量6700万立方米，减排二氧化碳14万吨。 　　此外，积极推进氢能多领域应用，出台加氢站发展规划，累计投运加氢站20座，日均满足全市约730车次的加氢需求，加氢站平均利用率有效增长，运营效能与用户体验同步提升。 　　全市充电桩数量由23万个增长至47.9万个 　　“‘十四五’时期，我们优化充电基础设施布局，推动大型商超、交通枢纽、加油站、高速服务区、居住区及周边、专用场站等场景充电设施建设，着力构建质量优先、服务优先、效率优先的超级充电服务体系。”李如刚表示。 　　他介绍，“十四五”期间，北京全市充电桩数量由23万个增长至47.9万个，换电站数量由158座增长至360座，新能源汽车充电量从15亿度到35亿度。平原地区公共桩平均服务半径缩小至1.4公里，核心区达到0.7公里，实现高速公路服务区、国省道沿线1公里范围内充电设施全覆盖，实现农村地区乡镇公共充电站、村村充电桩全覆盖。 　　此外，北京市强化道路扬尘治理。针对中重度污染天气，对重点区域及纳入空气污染应急预案台账的重点道路，每日增加1次清扫或洗地作业，做到“见湿不见水”，最大程度去除道路尘土残留。(完) 【编辑:付子豪】|dfg|
