    　　过去一年，中国持续扩大免签国家范围。同时，原有的72小时、144小时的过境免签政策也被统一延长到了240小时。一年间，这项覆盖国内24个省份、65个口岸的政策红利全方位释放，推动入境消费向深度与广度拓展。 　　一年来，外国游客出行的半径从北京、上海等大城市不断延伸，从“打卡过境”到“多城深度游”，从走马观花看风景，转为追求更深度文化体验。“China Travel”形成国际热潮，中国正以更开放的姿态与世界相拥。 　　新年第一天的清晨，在喜庆的节日氛围中，北京迎来了2026年首批入境游客，来自德国法兰克福的一架国际航班飞抵首都国际机场，现场举行了欢迎仪式，还为外国游客们准备了出游指南、离境退税指南和精美文创等见面礼。 　　在成都宽窄巷子的“熊猫屋”文创店，不少外国游客驻足挑选、消费打卡。店内超3000款熊猫主题文创产品，成为外国游客青睐的成都“新特产”。 店长告诉记者，结合非遗蜀锦的熊猫文创产品颇受外籍游客欢迎。 　　具有成都特色的叶雕文创店也吸引了不少外籍游客驻足，这种通过定制化激光雕刻呈现图案的叶雕产品成了外国游客的旅游留念新选择。 　　据成都市税务局最新统计，目前全市离境退税商店超600户。2025年1到11月，外国游客在成都消费退税额突破1.3亿元，其中文创产品占比超40%，成为消费增长新引擎。 　　在江苏苏州，不少外国游客乘坐游船徜徉水巷，沉浸式感受中式生活美学的独特韵味。 　　除了古镇漫步、休闲喝茶、体验当地居民的生活方式，在周庄、同里等古镇，听评弹、体验非遗剪纸也是不少外国游客的必选项。 　　店家告诉记者，最近每天都有五六十位外国游客来到店里打卡、选购。他们对生肖图案、古镇风景、熊猫形象等具有中国传统文化色彩的剪纸兴趣浓厚。 　　在黑龙江绥芬河、黑河等地，随着2025年9月对俄罗斯游客免签政策的实施，文旅消费市场热度持续攀升，不少俄罗斯游客趁着元旦假期来中国休闲购物。 　　黑龙江省绥芬河市商务局副局长 任雷：2025年9月15日至今，我们绥芬河的口岸进境外籍旅客近3.5万人次，环比增长了24.7%。 　　黑河出入境边防检查站执勤一队副队长 戴琛：近期入境旅客明显增多，现在日均入境旅客已突破1000人次，较节前翻倍增长。 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
