    　　中新网北京12月31日电(记者 赵方园)中国健康知识传播激励计划“2025-2026跨年科普活动”近日举办，活动以“关爱家人，健康跨年”为主题，多领域专家发出10个年度健康提示。 　　“关爱家人，健康跨年” 三大行动 　　中国健康知识传播激励计划发起人、原卫生部疾控局副局长孔灵芝提出“关爱家人，健康跨年”三大行动：健康“盘一盘”，家人共忆健康状况、盘点必备健康工具；健康“聊一聊”，分享健康知识，关心家人情绪与睡眠；健康“动一动”，选健康跨年方式，聚餐低盐低脂、组织家庭运动。中国健康促进与教育协会医防融合分会主任委员迟春花建议家庭选“健康CEO”，带领全家管理健康。 　　每天拉伸5分钟 　　健康知识宣传员白岩松表示要关注疾病年轻化问题，关注年轻人的压力、睡眠、心理健康等。他提出“每天拉伸5分钟”的年度健康建议，表示生命需要使用，更需要奖励，每天五分钟的拉伸，能帮助将当日疲劳留在当下，避免累积。 　　每个月确定一天为“家庭称重日” 　　中国疾控中心赖建强研究员建议，每月设1天“家庭称重日”，配体重秤、腰围尺；遵循“少吃多运动”原则，结合有氧、力量训练与拉伸；警惕假期、节日发胖问题，全家参与提升管理效果。 　　坚持运动的“长期主义” 　　奥运冠军、北京体育大学教授董栋倡导运动“长期主义”，强调运动价值在于长期持续，应关注身体功能提升与动作质量，建议将有氧运动、力量训练和运动后拉伸放松相结合，循序渐进，指出长期坚持的运动才是有效的体重管理方式。 　　早发现、早诊断、早治疗 　　复旦大学附属肿瘤医院陈海泉教授表示，肺癌防控进入精准化时代。早期以局部切除实现外科治愈；中晚期通过精准靶向治疗、免疫治疗等手段延长生存期。陈海泉呼吁，早发现、早诊断、早治疗仍是关键，尽早启动精准治疗，治愈希望更大。 　　规律作息，“睡睡(岁岁)”平安 　　睡眠在24个公众关注领域中位列第三。中国健康促进与教育协会、中国睡眠研究会共同启动了“2026健康睡眠关注年”活动，发布科普手册。中国睡眠研究会副理事长詹淑琴呼吁从作息、环境、专业干预改善睡眠，同时，她澄清了公众对安眠药成瘾的常见误区，强调在医生指导下规范使用的安全性，并倡导睡眠障碍患者应积极面对问题，及时寻求专业的医疗干预，采取综合措施应对睡眠问题。 　　正确区分过敏性鼻炎和感冒 　　首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院主任医师张媛提示区分过敏性鼻炎与感冒，可从全身症状、鼻部症状、病程长短判断，确诊后需在医生或药师指导下及时应对。在用药常见误区方面，张媛表示，患者不必谈“激”色变。 　　把困难打败，而不是打败孩子 　　中国健康促进与教育协会心理健康教育分会主任委员林丹华聚焦青少年心理健康，提出培养孩子“成长型思维”，做“成长型家长”，呼吁家长“跟孩子一起把困难打败，而不是跟困难一起把孩子打败”，建议应表扬孩子的努力而不是夸赞聪明，要肯定失败的价值，允许孩子犯错并共同解决问题等，提示通过培养努力及有效努力的策略、正视失败、迎难而上的品质，促进青少年成长和学习的内在动力的提升，并减少他们抑郁、焦虑等心理问题的发生。 　　勤刷牙、缓漱口 　　中国牙病防治基金会常务副秘书长马莉莉表示，氟是牙膏中保护牙齿健康的最重要成分之一，建议刷牙后不要着急漱口，可以采用“刷牙、洗脸、漱口”的顺序，漱口时用少量水，让氟存留时间长一些。针对公众高度关注的口臭问题，马莉莉提示要警惕病理性口臭背后的疾病诱因，及时检查和应对。 　　疼痛是求救信号，不要忍痛 　　中日友好医院疼痛科主任樊碧发表示，急性疼痛是疾病的症状，要及时到对应科室就诊；慢性疼痛(持续 1-3个月以上)是独立疾病，需要到疼痛科或相关科室就诊，科学应对。樊碧发提醒，疼痛类药物需要在医生指导下使用，不可过量使用或者超范围使用。(完) 【编辑:周驰】|dfg|
