    戳破日本右翼翻案历史的阴险话术（钟声）

    　　从对历史的不认账，到现实中正在发生的危险战略转向，背后都是日本右翼势力试图为军国主义翻案招魂。对此，当初为二战胜利付出巨大牺牲的国际正义力量，又岂能听之任之，袖手不管？ 　　近期，日本前航空自卫队幕僚长、极右翼分子田母神俊雄公然发布“美国栽赃日本偷袭珍珠港”帖文，短时间就获得大量附和点赞。此人所言绝非个例，反映了长期以来日本右翼处心积虑篡改侵略历史。这些人翻案偷袭珍珠港事件的种种话术，犹如一面镜子，映照出日本右翼对战争罪责的不认账、对战败结局的不服气。 　　日本偷袭美国珍珠港，太平洋战争爆发，历史早有定论。1941年偷袭珍珠港前，日本还派亲善使团到华盛顿释放烟幕弹。在未发出宣战声明的情况下，日本突然发动对珍珠港的军事袭击，摧毁美军多艘主力舰艇，造成大量美军官兵伤亡。时任美国国务卿赫尔就评价日本“百般狡辩、公然歪曲事实，做事从来不敢担责”。时任美国总统罗斯福在炉边谈话中直言：无论是今天，还是1000年后，任何正直之人，看到日本军国主义独裁者派遣特使，在和平旗帜的掩盖之下，于我们之中犯下如此背信弃义的行径，都无法压抑心中的愤慨与痛恨。 　　战后，日本右翼非但不思反省，反而妄图洗白战争罪责，塑造有利于右翼叙事的集体记忆，冲击战后国际秩序。 　　招数之一是颠倒因果。偷袭珍珠港后，日本发布对美英宣战诏书，构建虚假逻辑：因为美英不断加大对日本的经济和军事威胁，日本才“蹶然而起”，只为“自存自卫”。及至战败，日本战犯依旧咬定“自卫说”。1947年12月26日的《纽约时报》如此报道：东条英机“义愤填膺”地告诉由11个国家组成的法庭，西方国家精心策划，迫使日本为了“自卫”，以“保全国家生存”为由打响了第一枪。战后几十年来，军国主义的这套谎话非但没有被涤清，反而一路潜滋暗长。靖国神社里的游就馆，就长期宣扬这种论调：美国、英国、中国与荷兰对日本形成“ABCD包围圈”，尽管日本努力避免战争，但最后不得不冒险一搏。所谓“偷袭珍珠港是美国将日本拉入战争的圈套”等阴谋论，至今仍在日本右翼圈子大有市场。 　　招数之二是美化暴行。早在战争期间，日本军国主义就编织话术为对美动武“正名”：这场战争不仅是为了日本的“自存自卫”，同时也是代表亚洲黄种人与欧美白种人殖民者之间的“解放战争”。“我觉得我没有做错任何事。我觉得我做的是正确且真实的事。”这是1948年东条英机在审判质询中所说的最后一句话。战败80多年来，日本右翼对战争的粉饰从未停止。时至今日，日本右翼对军国主义编织的“光荣梦境”依旧深信不疑。靖国神社内，偷袭珍珠港时日本联合舰队司令官山本五十六曾使用的望远镜和写下的信件，依旧被摆在显眼位置，日复一日供信徒们顶礼膜拜。 　　招数之三是偷换概念。彻底清算日本军国主义战争罪责，是捍卫正义的必然要求。然而，日本右翼却倒打一耙，打出“和解”旗号，妄图跟侵略战争历史搞切割，言下之意是军国主义受害国不应揪着历史问题不放。他们一面宣扬“和平”，一面抹黑邻国，渲染“存亡危机”，进而为摆脱战后和平路线造势。他们甚至摇身一变，拿出“忠诚盟友”的假面，以配合美军为借口，推进解禁集体自卫权，在重整军备的道路上越走越远。假面之下，实是极度危险的战略算计。对战败从未服气、至今依旧将偷袭珍珠港的策划者作为英雄加以祭奠的日本右翼，又岂会真的长期甘于服从大洋彼岸的所谓盟友？ 　　日本军国主义阴险狡诈，日本右翼对历史的篡改是一贯的、无差别的，翻案偷袭珍珠港仅仅是其中一例。从对历史的不认账，到现实中正在发生的危险战略转向，背后都是日本右翼势力试图为军国主义翻案招魂。对此，当初为二战胜利付出巨大牺牲的国际正义力量，又岂能听之任之，袖手不管？（人民日报） 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
