    特殊的休息室：退役绿皮车成深夜旅客“暖心避风港”

    　　杭州退役绿皮车成深夜旅客“暖心避风港” 　　运行3月余服务超6500人次 　　“没想到能在火车站免费睡个安稳觉，杭州东站的绿皮车休息室太贴心了！”在浙江杭州萧山区打工的江西籍旅客老周赞不绝口。为省下夜间打车费用，老周提前一晚来到车站准备在广场过夜，经巡逻人员提醒，他进入退役绿皮车免费休憩。 　　夜间到站无处歇、凌晨赶车熬通宵，曾是不少旅客的出行难题。如今在杭州东站，一列名为“星辰守护”号的复古绿皮车，为深夜赶路人撑起了“暖心避风港”。自2025年9月26日试运行以来，这处由杭州东站枢纽管委会联合市安保服务集团打造的免费夜间休息区，运行3月余已服务旅客超6500人次。 　　深夜的杭州东站东广场灯火明亮，一列外观复古的绿皮火车静静停靠在露天区域。这列有着4节车厢的绿皮火车，每天22点准时“开门迎客”，为深夜抵达或凌晨赶车的旅客撑起一片温暖的休憩天地。 　　走进车厢，126组电动沙发依次排开，旅客轻按按钮，靠背便能缓缓后倾、脚托自动抬起，一键调至半卧状态。记者在现场看到，每个座位旁都配备了多功能边柜，顶部嵌入柔光小夜灯，下方电子锁储物柜凭专用卡即可开关，柜体侧面的USB接口、三孔插座，刚好适配手机、充电宝等设备。 　　“本以为就是个简易歇脚点，没想到设施这么齐全，还能免费躺平休息！”来自东北的游客老赵刚办完登记手续，领取门禁卡和毛毯后，开始调试起电动沙发，“跑了这么多城市，还是头一次遇到这么贴心的免费服务。”老赵的同行者老李一边给手机充电，一边笑着补充道：“有空调、有热水，还有带电子锁的储物柜，比在候车厅硬板凳上熬一夜舒服太多了。” 　　“我们在日常管理中发现，总有不少旅客因提前候车、换乘等待或凌晨抵达，披星戴月睡在广场上，面临无处落脚的困境。”杭州东站枢纽管委会城管科科长吴凌伟向记者介绍。正是这份对旅客急难愁盼问题的关注，催生了“星辰守护”绿皮车的诞生。 　　这列特殊的“绿皮车”是为了纪念老杭州东站运行的绿皮火车专门定做，白天是打卡景观，晚上是休息区。四节车厢共设置126个休息座位，车厢比标准绿皮火车车厢宽出约30厘米，额外增加的宽度让座椅放倒后旅客仍有宽敞的通行空间。车厢内，饮水机随时供应热水，医疗急救箱和200余册图书整齐摆放，每节车厢都设有带帘子的育婴区，拉上窗帘便能形成私密的照料空间，为带娃妈妈提供便捷的应急场所。 　　第四节车厢的粉色窗帘和沙发枕套格外醒目，这是专门为单身女性设置的“女性友好车厢”，离警务车最近，让深夜休憩的女性旅客更具安全感。“独自出差最怕深夜换乘，这里的安排让人心里暖。”刚结束行程的吕女士说。 　　“我们就是要让每一位有需求的旅客都能感受到安全与尊重。” 吴凌伟介绍，休息区实行严格的实名登记制，旅客只需出示身份证和符合条件的车票即可免费使用。为了保障安全，休息区与当地派出所联动协作，实行24小时安保巡逻。每节车厢8块电子屏实时滚动车次信息，发车前40分钟，座位旁定位音响会进行“一对一”语音提醒，确保旅客准时乘车。同时，休息区采用“一人一座，对号入座”制，可实时监测座位状态，避免非法占座，提高资源周转效率。 　　运行3个多月来，休息区的服务也在持续升级优化。“我们新增了新风系统，确保车厢内空气清新，还在每个座位都加装了一键呼叫按钮，优化了服务。”吴凌伟说，休息区平时上座率维持在80人至100人之间，周末和节假日人数较多，最高峰时一天服务了158人次。 　　“设置这么一个小小的休息区，能让旅客夜间候车时感受到家一般的温暖。杭州东站作为城市门户的一个窗口，未来也会将服务旅客的暖意措施延伸到更多的场景中去，为城市窗口建设注入更有温度的东站力量。”吴凌伟表示。 　　本报记者 王佳珺 　　《工人日报》(2026年01月04日 03版) 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
