    　　中新社金边1月1日电 (杨强 强宝仪)自2026年1月1日起，柬埔寨正式启动第五代移动通信技术(5G)的商业运营，首个阶段覆盖范围包括首都金边在内的全国15个省市，标志着这个东南亚国家通信技术迈入高速率、大连接、低时延的新纪元。 　　柬埔寨邮电通讯部此前一天宣布，自2026年1月1日零时起，柬埔寨三大主流电信运营商——Cellcard、Metfone和Smart用户可在首批覆盖区域内使用5G网络服务。柬邮电通讯部说，截至2025年12月31日，三大电信运营商的5G基础设施建设已初具规模。 　　根据安排，上述三大电信运营商首阶段5G服务覆盖范围包括金边、暹粒、西哈努克、茶胶、波罗勉、桔井、菩萨、上丁和贡布等省(市)部分重点区域。此后将按照规划分阶段持续扩大，逐步延伸至全国所有省份。 　　柬埔寨邮电通讯部表示，5G服务的推出有助于推动该国经济社会数字化转型和提升数字公共服务效率，高度契合柬政府推行的“五角战略”第一阶段目标，它将成为柬埔寨数字化未来和技术创新的基石。(完) 【编辑:史词】|dfg|
