    　　中新社北京12月31日电 (记者 张晓曦 张杨彬)国务院台办发言人张晗2025年12月31日在北京表示，将助力台商台企把握“十五五”规划制定实施的时代机遇，鼓励支持两岸企业深化产业链供应链合作，在新一轮改革开放大潮中实现更好发展。 　　在当日举行的国台办例行新闻发布会上，有记者提问，日前，国家发展改革委、商务部联合发布《鼓励外商投资产业目录(2025年版)》(下称《目录》)，将于2026年2月1日起施行。该《目录》是否适用台商台资？将带来哪些利好？张晗作相关回应。 　　张晗指出，新版《鼓励外商投资产业目录》聚焦科技创新和发展新质生产力，彰显了我们扩大高水平对外开放的坚定决心。《目录》引导更多外资投向先进制造业、现代服务业以及中西部地区、东北地区和海南省，将为台商台企在大陆投资兴业、转型升级提供有力指引。 　　内地(祖国大陆)高校面向港澳台招收研究生工作将于近期启动。张晗介绍，凡具有《台湾居民来往大陆通行证》和在台湾居住的有效身份证明或《台湾居民居住证》，并具有相应的前置学历的台湾学生，可于2026年1月4日至11日登录“内地(祖国大陆)高校面向港澳台招生信息网”，按照有关要求和程序报考大陆200余所高校研究生。值得一提的是，2026年内地(祖国大陆)高校面向港澳台招收研究生考试考点在北京、上海、广州、香港、澳门等5个考点基础上新增了福州考点，台湾学生可根据情况进行选择。 　　张晗表示，经过多年发展，大陆高等教育的科研能力、学术水平和人才培养质量显著提高，成绩有目共睹。我们热烈欢迎广大台湾学生报考大陆高校，也将继续为台湾学生在大陆成长成才、实现人生理想创造更好条件。 　　此外，张晗还应询介绍了近期两岸经贸及各领域交流活动情况，并表示过去一年许多台湾同胞跨越山海，来大陆欣赏美景、品尝美食、感受万千气象。“大陆这么大，欢迎来看看”。(完) 【编辑:于晓艳】|dfg|
