    　　中新网湖北保康12月29日电 题：湖北保康“茶山新事”：茶产业转型“长新芽” 　　作者 张倩龙 严楚勇 杨东 　　临近岁末，走进湖北省保康县黄堡镇黄龙沟村，工人们正忙着改造茶园，铺设管道。 　　保康县茶叶种植历史悠久，是“襄阳高香茶”核心产区，过去传统种植模式让当地曾面临“低产低质低效”窘境。近年来，保康以“强农、带农、联农、富农、助农、为农”构建全域发展体系，推动传统茶产业向规模化、品牌化、智能化转型。 保康县茶叶种植历史悠久，是“襄阳高香茶”核心产区。图为保康茶园风光秀美。(无人机照片)杨东 摄 　　在黄堡农文旅融合乡村振兴项目建设现场，一套集灌溉、施肥、监测于一体的水肥一体化系统引人注目。“成本降低的同时，可以实现对茶园水肥的精准控制，从而提升茶叶产量与品质。”黄堡镇黄龙沟项目施工负责人姜山介绍。 　　城关镇罗仕沟村对500亩低产茶园进行生态化改造，建设现代化茶叶加工厂，配套建设的智慧茶园数据平台与黄龙沟村的水肥一体化系统形成呼应。罗仕沟茶园升级改造工程建设项目施工负责人陈德银介绍，通过物联网监测、数字化管控，可以让灌溉、施肥实现精准化管理。 在罗仕沟村的茶园，茶农正在劳作。杨东 摄 　　漫步罗仕沟村茶园，风景秀美，一路茶香。茶园提档升级后，不少游客慕名而来。据悉，保康积极推动茶旅融合，发展农家乐、民宿80余家，年接待游客超10万人次。从卖茶叶到卖风景，茶产业正成为保康“绿色经济”新名片与“全域旅游”新引擎。 　　“希望打造一个集吃、住、游、玩、学一体的茶文旅融合基地。”荆襄红茶业有限公司总经理吕先奎称，当地已有不少茶农投身旅游经营、研学服务等领域，保康的茶旅融合发展正有效推进茶叶增效、茶农增收。 　　此外，保康推广“公司+合作社+农户”模式，将分散茶农紧密嵌入产业链条，全县80%以上茶农已加入专业合作社。截至目前，保康茶产业已带动全县农户户均年增收8000多元。据吕先奎介绍，罗仕沟有机茶园每年临时用工超2000人次，合作社真正成为“茶农之家”。 在黄堡镇黄龙沟村，茶农正在劳作。杨东 摄 　　数据显示，在保康，20万亩茶园成为5万多民众的“致富园”，年综合产值突破20亿元。保康县农业农村局副局长周心怀表示，保康在生态茶园内实施茶文化展示、研学旅行、避暑康养等项目，积极推动茶旅融合发展。下一步将以巩固提升10万亩“湖北省优质农产品(茶叶)生产基地”为抓手，项目化、品牌化推动茶产业延链强链建设。(完) 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
