    从“深闺”到“出圈” 浙江龙港绘就“舌尖”共富图景

    　　中新网温州1月1日电(周健 鲍南南)从巷陌深处的传统炒米，到田垄之上的新鲜果蔬，再到生态园内的植物工厂……眼下，在浙江温州龙港市，一件件带着烟火气的本土好物，正乘着党建引领的东风，借着电商直播的浪潮，依托生态发展的根基，完成从“藏在深闺”到“走红出圈”的华丽转身，勾勒出一幅“舌尖”上的共富画卷。 　　党建帮扶炒米“出圈” 　　“家人们看，这就是我们龙港芦浦炒米，从泡米到出锅，全程看得见！”连日来，身兼老板与主播的手艺人薛尚文对着直播镜头，一边娴熟翻炒米粒，一边介绍着自家的产品。 芦浦炒米制作现场。　罗元奇 供图 　　一年多前，芦浦炒米还只是龙港小巷深处的“土味”记忆，4家小作坊守着祖传手艺，却困于狭小的市场。困局的打破始于党建引领的精准帮扶。“龙港市市场监督管理局和社区党委主动找上门，组建帮扶专班帮我们升级。”薛尚文回忆道，从厂房选址、流程布局，到设备更新、资质办理，专班全程手把手指导，小作坊很快蜕变成800平方米的标准化厂房，并拿到生产许可证。 　　有“身份证”还不够，关键要带产品闯市场。龙港市市场监督管理局邀请电商专家开展培训，从账号运营到直播话术，手把手教学。薛尚文称，一场直播就能吸引5000多人围观，线上渠道一开，销量同比猛增80%以上。 　　与此同时，龙港将监管融入升级全过程，严查生产关键环节，搭建全链条溯源体系，筑牢食品安全防线。一颗颗米粒在传统与创新的碰撞中，实现了从“小巷烟火”到“市场爆款”的转变。 　　电商孕育田间希望 　　在龙港湖前片区的田野上，菜农老庄坦言，黑皮瓜滞销曾一度困扰周边15家农户。而如今，“销售难”正被一张党建引领的“红色服务网”逐步破解。 　　“红色服务网”中，“永元共富工坊”创新“党建+农企+食安”三链融合模式，破解农户“销售难、增收慢”的痛点。45名党员、社区干部与超市经理组成的“共富推荐官”走进田间地头，用手机记录瓜果生长过程，以朴实语言讲述耕耘故事。老庄的黑皮瓜借此成功入驻超市，还通过社区团购不断“圈粉”。 　　工坊还搭建了“共富直播间”，通过“基地溯源”模式，将生产现场转化为销售场景。针对农户线上运营能力不足的问题，“共富学堂”随即开课，教授短视频拍摄剪辑、线上推广、客户维护等技能。如今农户们能熟练操控手机玩转线上平台，找到增收新路径。 　　这张“红色服务网”既兜住了安心与标准，让消费者吃得放心，更兜住了收益与希望。目前，其累计帮助农户销售农产品11吨，户均增收6.3万元，带动32位“宝妈”投身社群营销，月均增收2000元。 　　生态促进“水乡”共富 　　电商为“好物”打开销路，生态则为它们的长远发展筑牢根基。华中社区地处江海交汇处，曾经滩涂淤积严重，对此，当地通过打造“梦江南生态园”，将食品安全与产业融合，走出了一条“生态+科普+产业”一体的乡村振兴新路径。 　　走进生态园的数智植物工厂，只见无土栽培的草莓、鲜嫩欲滴的生菜长势喜人。“我们联合浙江省农科院投入480万元专项扶持资金，建成4200平方米的数智植物工厂。通过温湿度智能调控，农药使用量减少超80%。”生态园相关负责人介绍，目前工厂年产量达12吨，产品直供龙港12家商超。 “梦江南生态园”一景。　钟锦铅 供图 　　此外，华中社区还依托当地水乡风貌和徽派建筑，开展田园美食节、非遗体验等活动，推动生态园农旅研学深度融合。产业发展的红利，也不断惠及民生——132间民居完成改造升级，3.2公里生态河道水清岸绿。如今，生态园已实现旅游收入830万元，直接创造98个岗位。 　　可见，在龙港这片充满活力的土地上，烟火气中正升腾起致富的希望。一处处“舌尖”上的改变汇聚成磅礴的发展力量，也为其他地方探索乡村振兴、实现共同富裕提供了可借鉴的经验。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
