    今年前11月中国家电以旧换新超1.28亿台

    　　中新社北京12月26日电 (记者 刘亮)今年1月至11月，中国家电以旧换新超1.28亿台，带动相关商品销售额超2.5万亿元(人民币，下同)。 　　国家市场监管总局26日召开新闻发布会，介绍2024年《以标准提升牵引设备更新和消费品以旧换新行动方案》(以下简称《方案》)印发以来取得的成效。记者从此次新闻发布会获悉上述数据。 　　国家市场监管总局标准技术管理司司长刘洪生在会上介绍，《方案》聚焦加快能耗排放技术标准升级、强化产品质量安全标准提升、加大回收循环利用标准供给3方面重点任务，部署制修订13个重点领域294项国家标准。目前相关标准已全部完成批准发布。 　　刘洪生称，相关标准发布，有力推动设备改造升级、促进消费潜能释放。例如，在节能降碳上，新版燃煤发电机组能耗限额强制性国家标准，预计到2030年可推动平均供电煤耗下降至每千瓦时302克标准煤以下，相应减少二氧化碳排放约1.6亿吨。在民生消费上，电动汽车动力电池安全标准实现重大突破，首次将“不起火、不爆炸”列为强制性要求，推动车企优化电池结构和热管理系统，显著提升新能源汽车安全水平，增强消费信心。 　　标准的发布实施，还有效驱动轻工行业实现转型升级。龙头企业加速推出中高端智能家具产品，市场规模达100亿元以上，成为家具消费升级的新增长点。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
