    　　中新网12月30日电 12月30日，中国气象局举行新闻发布会。国家气候中心副主任高荣发布“元旦”假期和未来十天天气预报。 　　高荣称，未来十天，影响我国的冷空气频繁，势力偏强，中东部大部地区气温将由前期显著偏高转为偏低，其中江南东部、华南东部将偏低3～4℃。西北地区东部、西南地区东部以及湖北西部、河南等地降水偏多，我国其余大部地区降水偏少。主要天气过程有： 　　12月30日至2026年1月2日，强冷空气将影响我国中东部大部地区，气温下降6～8℃，南方部分地区气温下降10℃以上，上述部分地区伴有4～5级风，阵风6～8级。期间，30日夜间至1月1日，西北地区东部、山西南部、黄淮西部、江淮西部、江汉西部等地部分地区有小到中雪或雨夹雪，陕西中南部、山西南部、河南西部、湖北西部等局地大雪或暴雪，最强降雪时段为30日夜间至31日；西南地区东部、江南、华南等地有小到中雨，局地大雨。 　　1月4日至6日，又有一股冷空气将影响我国，中东部大部将有4～6℃降温，局地8℃以上，并伴有4～6级偏北风。8日前后，还将有冷空气自西向东影响我国大部地区。 　　高荣指出，总体上，元旦假期(1月1－3日)我国大部地区降水较弱，中东部气温偏低，南方湿冷明显。西北地区东部、青藏高原东部和南部、黄淮南部、江汉、江淮等地有小雪或雨夹雪，局地有中雪；江南、华南、西南地区东部等地有小雨，局地中雨，我国其余大部降水不足1毫米或无降水；气温方面，我国中东部大部地区气温接近常年同期或偏低1～3℃，江南东部、华南东部以及湖北、河南等地部分地区偏低4℃以上；1月3日早晨最低气温0℃线将南压至江南中南部一带。 　　高荣表示，需要重点关注两个方面：一是30日夜间至31日，陕西、山西、河南、湖北等部分地区地雨雪较强，局地有暴雪和低温雨雪冰冻灾害风险，路面湿滑、积雪结冰，公众需提前合理安排出行计划避开拥堵路段，外出时注意驾驶安全。二是元旦期间中东部大部地区气温将转为偏低，尤其南方湿冷明显，流感等疾病发生风险增加，公众出行注意防寒保暖和健康防护；风力较大，注意避开临时搭建物、广告牌等，江河库湖水面航行要防范大风危害。 【编辑:周驰】|dfg|
