    从钱江源直通上海，浙江开化告别“高铁空白”时代

    　　12月27日8时37分，一列“卡游号”高铁列车从浙江省衢州市开化县缓缓驶出站台，经杭州、苏州等地驶向终点站上海虹桥。 　　随着杭衢高铁正式开通，开化结束了“高铁空白”的历史，正式融入长三角“两小时交通圈”。对这座地处浙皖赣三省交界的县城而言，这不仅意味着出行方式的改变，更意味着与长三角核心城市之间的产业、人才和市场联系被进一步拉近。 　　这是一场开化期待了多年的“首发”。2017年，九景衢铁路通车，开化告别了“不通火车”的历史；8年之后，高铁呼啸向东，开化与外部世界的连接方式再次被改写。待杭衢高铁全面纳入全国运行图后，从开化出发，最快1.5小时可达杭州、3小时10分可抵上海。对这一长期受制于交通条件的山区县而言，高铁不仅压缩了时空距离，也打开了一条重塑发展格局的关键通道。 “卡游号”首发列车上的“体验官”们。受访者供图 　　列车驶离站台，穿行于浙西山水间。银色车身上“卡游连接无限快乐”的标语格外醒目。车厢内，哪吒、小马宝莉、哈利·波特、“卡游三国”等IP元素点缀其间，动漫形象与高速运行的列车形成鲜明反差。设计时速350公里的“钢铁巨龙”仿佛披上了一层童话色彩，也串联起一条从内容创意到先进制造的产业链条。 　　路线的一端，是卡游位于开化的卡牌生产基地。走进厂区，印刷机、模切机、烫金机等设备一字排开，20余条全自动印刷生产线高速运转，日产最高可达近2亿张卡牌。“从设计定稿到产品上市，最快两周内就能完成。”生产负责人史冉魁说，这里构筑了卡游作为泛娱乐潮玩企业应对快速市场变化的制造“底盘”。 　　列车驶向的另一端——上海，不仅是消费终端，更是卡游的内容创意高地。作为国内潮玩消费与二次元文化最活跃的城市之一，卡游上海总部设有多个创作工作室，集聚原画师、策划师、IP运营等专业人才，围绕海外IP、国风IP和原创内容持续进行产品开发。 　　“以前去一趟工厂，单程就要大半天，现在有了这条高铁线路，一天就能实现来回。”一位常年往返沪浙两地的设计部门负责人说。在他看来，高铁大大缩短了创意端与制造端之间的时空距离，有助于加快信息互通并提升产品迭代节奏。 　　“十五五”规划建议提出，推进跨区域跨流域大通道建设，强化区域基础设施互联互通。作为钱塘江源头所在地，开化既处于长三角经济圈的边缘，又是浙皖赣多省交界的重要节点。 　　高铁的开通，使其在区域版图中的角色，从交通意义上的“末梢”，转而成为连接山海的重要节点，使开化具备了承接创新资源、对接产业链条的基础条件，也显著提升了“研发在沪杭、制造在开化”等跨区域协作模式的可实现性。 　　列车继续向东，山峦渐次退去。车窗外的景致由钱江源的青山绿水，逐步过渡到城市轮廓。车厢内，首次乘高铁从开化前往上海的学生家长、商务人士、摄影师和旅行博主汇聚于此，身份各异，都难掩兴奋之情。“以前去上海看望孩子要5个多小时，现在3小时左右就能到。”开化市民叶倩说。 　　更深层次的变化，则体现在两地之间人流、物流、信息流和资金流的加速互通。高铁释放的运输效率，为区域要素的双向流动提供了更加高效的通道，使茶叶、清水鱼、山茶油等特色农产品能够更快进入长三角市场，开化的生态优势和文化资源则被重新发掘。 　　过去，人们提起这座山城，更多想到的是“偏远”；如今，它正成为长三角都市圈市民周末即可抵达的“心灵栖息地”。“‘早食开化气糕，午游上海外滩’已成为现实。”开化县文广旅体局相关负责人表示，当地正围绕“快进慢游、常来常往”，推出乘坐“卡游”列车去开化系列线路，持续深化“钱江源·开化味道”文旅品牌建设。 　　11时47分，列车稳稳停靠在上海虹桥站。人流从车厢中涌出，新的连接随之展开。从钱江源头出发的这趟列车，沿着钢轨延伸的方向，不仅通向沪杭的都市，也带着开化这座山区县城去往更加开放、更加主动的发展未来。(新华每日电讯) 【编辑:于晓艳】
