    未来五年长江干线预计新增新能源船舶1000艘

    　　中新网武汉12月29日电 (武一力 李璐)交通运输部长江航务管理局29日召开新闻发布会，记者从会上获悉，目前长江干线在建新能源船舶476艘，其中LNG动力船舶417艘、占比87.6%，电池动力船舶42艘、占比8.8%，甲醇动力船舶17艘。未来五年预计新增新能源船舶达1000艘。 　　长江海事局新闻发言人左中君表示，近年来，长江海事局协同沿江省市促进新能源船舶健康有序发展，长江干线已成为全球内河新能源船舶规模化应用的绿色示范区。 12月19日，新能源船舶在长江航行。长航局供图 　　据介绍，为护航新能源船舶安全发展，长江海事部门配合湖北省等沿江政府编制新能源船舶发展规划，全程参与新建船舶设计、建造、检验，促进产业健康发展。累计服务保障6852艘老旧船舶拆解，推动新能源船舶规模化应用，打造新能源船舶示范航线，助力健全长江航运新能源船舶产业链。 　　长江海事部门打造高素质专业船员队伍，推动中国首个“新能源船舶船员联合培养基地”在武汉落地，开展电池动力船舶“一船一策”安全配员试点，探索建立“海船+内河”双轨并行的培养体系。打造中国首家区域性船检实训基地，培养新能源船舶检验人才。 　　此外，长江海事部门出台《新能源(天然气燃料动力)船舶建造检验和监督工作指南》等制度，填补新能源船舶检验、监管领域制度空白。提升监管信息化水平，推广应用长江绿色船舶监测信息系统和船用能源加注信息系统。开辟海事政务服务绿色通道，为新能源船舶登记、下水、试航提供优质服务。给予优先过闸、优先锚泊、进出港直靠直离等政策支持，以高效服务降低运营成本。(完) 【编辑:于晓艳】
