    三亚回应“相关海域存在非法潜水活动”：已对涉事单位作出行政处罚

    　　中新网1月2日电 据三亚市综合行政执法局微信公众号消息，近期，网民“子龙”投诉反映三亚市相关海域存在非法潜水活动，并提供了举报材料。三亚市综合行政执法局高度重视，第一时间成立专项调查组，全面开展核查处置，该局1月1日发布有关情况通报。 　　通报称，2025年9月18日，网民“子龙”通过12345投诉举报热线反映10条涉及非法潜水活动的线索。经逐一核查核实，线索共涉及7家市场主体，其中6家市场主体的违法违规事实查证属实，三亚市综合行政执法局已依法作出行政处罚；1家因证据不足，未予立案，相关核查情况已按规定反馈。 　　2025年12月29日，网民“子龙”反映三亚市一海域非法潜水活动线索，三亚市综合行政执法局迅速开展现场核查，查实涉事非法潜水橡皮艇5艘。目前，已依法拟对相关涉事市场主体作出责令关闭、没收违法所得及罚款12万元的行政处罚。 　　通报指出，三亚市始终高度重视旅游市场秩序规范，对各类涉旅违法违规经营行为坚持“零容忍”态度，露头就打、从严查处。欢迎广大市民游客继续对三亚市旅游市场进行监督，如发现非法潜水等违法违规线索，可第一时间拨打12345投诉举报热线，共同筑牢旅游市场安全防线，维护良好旅游环境。 【编辑:张燕玲】|dfg|
