    　　全国铁路客运今天将进入返程的客流高峰，各地客流情况如何？热门地区的出行运力会不会比较紧张？ 　　总台央视记者 陈俏：国铁集团运输调度指挥大厅大屏幕的实时监测画面显示，全国重点地区的高铁车站人头攒动，客流密集，元旦假期的返程客流高峰正在拉开序幕。国铁集团的最新数据显示，今天，全国铁路预计发送旅客1745万人次，计划加开旅客列车1343列。 　　铁路出行热门地区为北上广和成渝地区 　　这个元旦假期，全国铁路出行的热点地区基本还是集中在北上广和成渝地区。相比去年，今年的元旦假期增加了两天，总的来看，三天假期一直处于高位运行。 　　从元旦假期三天的数据来看，今天的旅客发送量与元旦假期第一天高峰出行日相比来看，比较接近。元旦假期，探亲、旅游、学生三流叠加，大客流加大对运力的需求。 　　各地铁路部门加开旅客列车增加客运能力 　　各地铁路部门在热门方向、区间和时段及时增加运力供给。国铁哈尔滨局加开旅客列车108列，开行“伊春号”“龙江雪韵号”等多趟特色旅游列车，满足旅客冰雪游、探亲游等出行需求。国铁乌鲁木齐局加开喀什、和田等方向旅客列车17列，对伊宁、博乐、库尔勒等热门方向16列动车组列车重联运行。 　　应对降雪、低温天气 铁路部门全力保障出行 　　今年元旦假期，湖北、山西、河南等地接连出现降雪和低温天气。天气考验出行，这也成了今年元旦假期出行的一个十分突出特点。为应对恶劣天气，国铁武汉局强化对道岔、线路、接触网等设备影响的研判，组织人员除冰扫雪、保养设备，全力保障铁路运输安全畅通；国铁郑州局第一时间组建应急值守队伍，运用无人机高科技手段助力设备巡检，保证接触网设备安全可靠运行。 　　铁路12306提示：部分线路仍有余票 　　铁路12306大数据显示，从目前的售票情况看，部分线路仍有余票，比如，今天成都往返重庆、昆明往返大理、上海至南京、广州至南宁、哈尔滨至佳木斯、北京至沈阳等区间余票充足。旅客朋友可通过铁路12306查询购票。 　　铁路部门再次提示，铁路12306网站(含手机客户端)是中国铁路唯一官方火车票网络售票渠道，请广大旅客朋友一定要通过官方渠道购票。返程期间，铁路旅客集中出行，客流量大，请旅客朋友合理安排行程，预留充足时间进站候车，严格按规定携带随身物品，按照票面始发、终到站有序乘车。 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
