    世界首次3.5万吨群组列车试验成功 新列车带来哪些能力提升？

    　　在四通八达的铁轨上，有一类货运列车承担着不一般的重任，它就是重载列车。与我们熟悉的客运列车不同，它专为运输煤炭、矿石等大宗货物设计，相较普通列车载重更大，编挂列车辆数更多。然而，驾驭这样的列车并非易事。 　　就在最近，世界首次3.5万吨级重载群组列车开行试验在国能包神铁路公司取得成功，实现了无需物理连接便能精准保持安全距离的“虚拟连挂”，标志着我国攻克了长期制约重载铁路发展的世界性技术难题。这套让万吨列车安全协同运行的“无形纽带”，究竟是怎么工作的？又会怎样影响铁路货运的格局？ 　　在包神铁路达拉特北站进行的重载列车群组运行试验中，多列重载货物列车仅靠无线信号的精准传递，以“虚拟连接”的方式，动态编组成为一列，同步加速、同步刹车，全程零碰撞、零脱节，实现“智能牵手”。 　　重载列车群组运行试验的目标是：7列列车从鄂尔多斯的纳林沟门、沙坝子、关碾房和达拉特北四个不同车站，通过“虚拟连挂”方式动态编组，最终运行到包头市万水泉南站南场自动解编进站。 　　包神铁路机务分公司机车乘务员史好刚：一开始看见前面有车，就是有点怕，怕撞车。后来慢慢习惯了，因为经过计算，这个红线是安全的。 　　在传统铁路运输中，重载列车通常依赖于长编组和机械挂钩。列车越长、越重，对机车动力、挂钩强度、纵向冲击控制和制动一致性的要求就呈几何级数增长。 　　如何突破技术瓶颈？科研人员通过无线信号将列车间的“车钩硬连接”变为“虚拟软连接”，实现长大编组列车按照以多列小编组“群组方式”自主紧密跟随运行——这一技术构想，将推动重载铁路实现颠覆性突破。 　　中国通号研究设计院集团重载列车群组运行控制系统技术研究应用项目负责人张国振进一步解释道，7列重载列车不用进行任何物理连接，而是借助我国自主研发的智能系统实现“虚拟编组”。系统通过无线信号实时传输指令，让所有列车如同一个整体般协同行动，任何一列车的状态变化都会被实时感知并同步调整，从根本上确保运行安全，避免追尾、拉断或失控的风险。这对信号可靠性、控制算法和安全冗余设计都是极限考验。 　　中国通号研究设计院集团重载列车群组运行控制系统技术研究应用项目负责人 张国振：既有的机车系统上增加了群组系统的车载设备，地面有群组指挥中心、群组控制中心以及车站数据中心这些设备进行通信，相当于是地面指挥，车载设备跟机车进行交互，列车之间也交互。 　　相比世界上普遍采用的点到点运行模式，我国此次试验的技术路线展现出更高的灵活性。 　　中国通号研究设计院集团重载列车群组运行控制系统技术研究应用项目总工 刘鸿飞：我们群组运行的是不同的车站可以组成一个群，这方面现在目前世界上其他国家都达不到。 　　以包神铁路为例，目前年货运量1.8亿吨，用上这项技术后，将大幅提升线路运输能力。 　　包神铁路公司副总经理余飞：现在通过群组运行控制技术，既有的线路包括站场也不需要做改造。经过计算，综合运能可以提升50%以上。 　　世界首次3.5万吨级重载群组列车开行试验的成功，标志着我国已经掌握了重载铁路无线协同运行的核心技术。这不仅对煤炭、矿石等大宗货物的高效、低成本运输具有重大战略意义，也为全球重载铁路发展提供了可落地、可复制的“中国技术方案”。 【编辑:刘湃】|dfg|
