    　　羽绒服怎么选，可以更“抗冻”(信息服务台) 　　冬季，羽绒服成为许多人防寒“抗冻”的重要选项。面对市场上种类繁多、价格各异的羽绒服，如何选择才能既保暖又耐穿？以下几点值得关注。 　　羽绒服的保暖性能主要源于其独特的“静止空气层”结构。羽绒中的绒丝与羽枝交织形成大量微空隙，有效锁存导热系数极低的静止空气，从而减缓人体热量散失。保暖效果取决于填充参数、结构设计和工艺细节等要素。 　　填充物类型方面，鹅绒通常具有较大的绒朵和较高的蓬松度，保暖性能相对优异；鸭绒则一般具有较好的实用性与价格优势。蓬松度(FP)方面，500—600FP可满足一般城市冬日的保暖需求，700FP以上适合严寒环境，800FP以上则用于极地或高山活动；面料与结构方面，外层面料应具备防风、防泼水性能，内层应保持透气。 　　要让羽绒服发挥最佳保暖效果，建议采用“三明治式穿搭法”：内层穿吸湿排汗的贴身衣物，中层搭配抓绒等保温层，外层用羽绒服防风。穿着需保持适度宽松以形成隔热空气层，并留意袖口、下摆等防风设计，减少热量散失。 　　羽绒服的最佳清洗方式是手洗：水温30摄氏度左右，选用中性洗衣液，对于小面积污渍，用湿布或软毛刷蘸取专用洗涤剂轻轻擦拭即可。洗后切勿拧干，可用手轻轻将水分挤出，随后置于通风处晾干，并间歇性地用衣架轻轻拍打各个部位，帮助羽绒恢复蓬松。 　　(作者杨永生 武汉纺织大学化学与化工学院教授，本报记者范昊天采访整理) 　　《人民日报》(2026年01月03日 第 06 版) 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
