    北京优化升级“退休一件事”办事场景

    　　中新网北京1月4日电 (记者 吕少威)记者今天从北京市人力资源和社会保障局获悉，该局发布《关于进一步优化“退休一件事”办事场景的通告》，升级优化“退休一件事”办事场景，其中对于退休人员已申请“退休一件事”但难以一次性办结时，由退休业务审核区人力资源和社会保障局配置“专管员”“一对一”帮办，提供更大限度利企便民服务。 　　增加个人账户校验查询结果、档案预审等提前服务 　　参保人和参保单位可登录北京市社会保险网上服务平台，通过“养老退休服务”的“养老保险个人账户特殊情形校验”模块，随时查询个人账户校验结果，查看可能影响退休办理的实际缴费问题，依据系统提示提前处理。 　　对于人事档案存放在北京市公共人力资源服务中心或街道(乡镇)便民服务中心的参保人，主动开展视同缴费年限等信息确认工作。档案预审结果可登录北京市社会保险网上服务平台，通过“个人中心”-“我的表单”下载查看《北京市养老保险视同缴费年限等信息确认表》。 　　对无参保单位的参保人员增加移动端办理渠道 　　对于无参保单位的参保人员，当前增加了手机端申请办理“退休一件事”的渠道。满足在京退休条件的无参保单位的临近退休人员，在距离选择的退休时间提前6个月内，可以通过“北京人社”官方微信公众号和APP，自行在线提交“退休一件事”联办申请。 　　北京为企业退休人员提供电子退休凭证 　　自2026年1月1日起，北京市企业职工(含灵活就业人员)办结退休业务后将同步生成电子退休凭证。参加企业职工基本养老保险已正常领取养老金的退休人员，如果有需要，可以在北京市社会保险网上服务平台-职工退休打包一件事-线上办理中，查看《北京市电子退休凭证》，该凭证与纸质退休证在确认办结退休业务方面具有同等效力。(完) 【编辑:曹子健】|dfg|
