    　　中新网潮州12月31日电 (记者 蔡敏婕)沈阳至海口国家高速公路潮州饶平(粤闽界)至汕头龙湖段改扩建工程开工动员会(即“汕汾高速改扩建工程”)31日在广东省潮州市饶平县举行，标志着项目建设进入实质性施工阶段。 　　汕汾高速起于福建诏安汾水关(粤闽两省交界)，终于汕头海湾大桥，长约65.4公里，是连接广东汕头、深圳及福建厦门三个经济特区的交通主干道。 汕汾高速航拍图。广东交通集团 供图 　　近年来，随着区域经济的快速发展，该路段车流量迅速增长。为缓解交通压力，满足民众日益增长的出行需求，进一步带动沿线城镇发展，汕汾高速启动扩容升级工程。 　　该项目包括主线和新建的潮州港、澄海支线工程。汕汾高速主线由双向四车道扩建为双向八车道。潮州港支线长约5.5公里，起于古笃互通，与汕汾高速交叉，终点跨越国道G228后顺接进港大道。澄海支线长约15.2公里，起点顺接汕汾高速与潮汕环线交叉的上北枢纽互通，终点同金鸿公路平交，支线工程设计均为双向四车道。 　　该项目在高度建成区实施“四改八”扩建，既要在大车流量条件下保障通行顺畅，又需完成高密度互通集群的改造升级，施工难度较高。 　　项目建成后，将有效缓解交通拥堵，强化广东汕头、深圳及福建厦门三个经济特区互联互通，为推动粤东片区经济社会发展，为落实广东“百千万工程”提供交通支撑。(完) 【编辑:曹子健】|dfg|
