    （乡村行·看振兴）广东塘其儿村：小黄姜铺就“金色致富路”

    　　中新网清远12月31日电 (记者 张璐)冬阳洒田垄，姜香溢山间。时下正值小黄姜采收季，走进清远市连南瑶族自治县香坪镇塘其儿村的小黄姜种植基地(简称“基地”)，村民们手持农具有序挖姜、分拣，村“两委”干部穿梭其间协调称重、打包事宜，这批新鲜出土的优质小黄姜被整齐装箱，运往全国各地的消费市场。 村民分拣小黄姜。　(连南融媒体中心 供图) 　　“今年姜的长势特别壮实，收成真好！”望着刚刚出土、个头硕大的生姜，村民们脸上洋溢着喜悦。 　　凭借着辣味充足、色泽鲜亮、芳香浓郁等特点，小黄姜成为带动农户增收的“金疙瘩”。据统计，今年塘其儿村种植的小黄姜亩产达3000斤，惠及全村55户群众。 　　据悉，村“两委”挖掘自身地域环境优势，因地制宜找准产业发展突破口，在香坪镇党委政府和驻镇帮镇扶村工作队的支持指导下，塘其儿村将小黄姜特色种植作为推动特色产业发展、农民增收致富的重要渠道。 　　村干部组成工作专班逐户走访解读种植效益与配套扶持政策，激发村民种植热情。经过多轮沟通协商，整合流转撂荒地资源，建成20亩连片小黄姜种植基地，既盘活了闲置土地，提高了土地利用率，又通过土地流转、增加务工岗位等渠道带动村民增收。 　　塘其儿村安排具备丰富种植经验的村干部，全程跟踪地块规划等环节，加强技术服务指导和严格把控采收标准，保障小黄姜的品质与产量。 　　基地的建成，不仅丰富了村民的“菜篮子”，也鼓起了群众的“钱袋子”。种植生姜季节跨度长，每年3月种，11月收，从种植到田间管理到最后采收都需要大量劳动力，能带动当地村民就近就业增收。据统计，塘其儿村累计带动184人次村民实现“家门口就业”，发放务工费用5万余元，让村民在产业发展中共享成果。 村民种植小黄姜。　(连南融媒体中心 供图) 　　“在家门口干活，既能照顾老人孩子，还能拿到稳定工钱，年底还有集体分红，日子越过越有奔头！”正在田间劳作的李大姐开心地说道。 　　村“两委”通过借鉴香坪镇农产品产销经验，深入调研市场需求、精准匹配产销信息、多措并举拓展销售渠道，而驻镇帮镇扶村工作队和农村科技特派员团队则通过协助对接农产品收购商及电商平台等，共同构建“集体统销+定向对接”的多元销路体系，为小黄姜畅通出山通道，让“山货”成功变身“俏货”。 　　据介绍，下一步，塘其儿村将聚焦产业发展需求，在技术提升、品牌打造、市场拓展等方面持续发力，让小黄姜香飘更远，成为强村富民、支撑乡村振兴的支柱产业。(完) 【编辑:曹子健】|dfg|
