    北京第三代社保卡进入常态化换发阶段

    　　中新网北京1月4日电 (记者 吕少威)北京市人力资源和社会保障局4日发布消息，北京市于即日起进入第三代社保卡常态化换发阶段，开放线下网点办理渠道，未在集中换发阶段办理的北京市参保人员可自行通过线上或线下渠道申领第三代社保卡。 　　社保卡合作银行即时制卡网点可现场领卡 　　常态化换发阶段在保留原有线上申领方式的同时，开放线下申领渠道。其中，线上渠道有四种，分别为北京市人力资源和社会保障局官网、“北京人社”微信公众号、京通小程序以及北京民生一卡通微信小程序；线下申领渠道为区、街两级社会保障卡服务网点，以及各社保卡合作银行服务网点。北京市尚未换发第三代社保卡的参保人员，可根据本人意愿确定换发银行和领卡方式后，通过线上线下渠道申领第三代社保卡。在职职工如通过线上渠道申领，且所在单位已开通集体申领并选择单位代领的，在职职工的换发银行只可在单位选定的合作银行范围内选择。 　　参保人到社保卡合作银行即时制卡网点申领、补领或换领第三代社保卡的，可现场完成领卡，启用社会保障功能并自愿激活金融功能。个人通过线上渠道或区、街社会保障卡服务网点首次申领第三代社保卡的，自申领之日起30个自然日内完成制作，个人领卡后可通过线上线下渠道启用社会保障功能，自愿去合作银行线下网点激活金融功能。个人通过线上或发卡合作银行非即时制卡网点申请补领、换领社保卡的，自申请之日起4个工作日内完成制作。另外，也提示大家，第三代社保卡制作时间不包括邮寄在途时间。 　　第三代社保卡未激活前原卡可继续使用 　　自2026年起，北京市停止发放第一、二代社保卡。所有新参保或未换发第三代社保卡的人员，申领、补换社保卡时均制发第三代社保卡。 　　个人在没有换发第三代社保卡或已换发但还未激活前，原社保卡不会停用，也不影响本人养老金发放，社保、医保等功能均可继续使用。 　　北京市人社部门提醒：请参保人在申领和使用第三代社保卡过程中，做好个人信息保护，切勿随意将第三代社保卡借给他人，谨防诈骗或被利用转移涉诈涉赌等违法资金。北京市人社部门和各合作银行不会发送含有网页链接的短信或邮件通知，也不会向单位或个人索要社保卡金融账号和支付密码等个人敏感信息。如收到含有网页链接的短信或邮件通知，请认真甄别、切勿轻信，保护好个人资金安全。如遇问题，可关注“北京人社”微信公众号或拨打96066咨询。(完) 【编辑:梁异】|dfg|
