    身处寒冬时节，我们该如何科学预防和应对冻伤？

    　　别让寒冷“咬”伤你 　　寒冬时节，长时间待在户外，手指、耳朵等部位常常会传来刺痛感，摸起来冰凉僵硬；若继续暴露，甚至可能出现红肿和水泡——这正是身体发出的“冻伤警报”。 　　很多人可能觉得冻伤只是小问题，忍一忍就过去了，但如果处理不当，可能会带来长期隐患。今天，我们就来简单科普一下冻伤的基本知识，并教你如何科学预防和应对。 　　严寒湿冷 冻伤“加速器” 　　冻伤本质上是低温对皮肤和细胞的“攻击”。当人体长时间处于寒冷环境中，身体为了保护内脏，血管会优先收缩，导致手脚、耳朵等末梢部位血液流动减少，甚至缺氧，进而引发细胞损伤或坏死。 　　严寒、湿冷是冻伤的“加速器”，湿冷使体内热量流失更快，而寒风则像“帮凶”，迅速降低皮肤温度，短短十几分钟内便可能造成不适。 　　循序渐进 分级处理 　　切记，正确处理冻伤，不能“急功近利”。很多人误以为用热水烫、火烤或用力揉搓能迅速恢复，但这些做法实际上可能导致更严重的二次伤害。正确的方法是“循序渐进复温”。 　　冻伤按损伤深度可分为不同等级，且每个阶段的处理方法也不相同： 　　轻度冻伤(I度)：只影响皮肤表层，表现为皮肤发红、发紫、冰凉刺痛，及时保暖后通常能自行恢复，且不会留下后遗症。 　　首先应立即进入温暖环境，把冻伤部位浸泡在37℃-40℃(不烫手)的温水中，保持15-30分钟，直到皮肤恢复红润、恢复知觉。复温后，擦干患处并涂上凡士林保湿，同时穿上宽松衣物保暖。若出现水泡，切勿自行挑破，应用无菌纱布包裹并尽快就医。 　　中度冻伤(II度)：损伤较深，涉及皮肤深层，表现为患处肿胀、透明水泡，局部痛感明显，且容易发生感染。如果不及时处理，可能引发严重并发症。 　　这种情况通常需要及时就医，尤其是水泡已经破裂或出现严重肿胀、皮肤变色等症状时，尽量避免进一步摩擦和挤压，尽早就医处理。 　　重度冻伤(III度及以上)：最为严重，皮肤变黑、变硬、失去知觉，表明组织已经坏死，可能需要手术治疗，甚至危及肢体功能。 　　预防更重要 　　“预防”远远胜过“治疗”。在寒冷的天气里，出门前一定要做好全方位的保暖工作，特别是手脚等末梢部位。你可以穿戴厚实的羊毛袜和加绒手套，鞋子要宽松，不要勒得太紧，以免影响血液循环。此外，耳朵、鼻子等裸露部位，建议戴上耳罩、口罩等保护装备。 　　总之，冻伤是可以预防和治疗的，关键是要做到“早发现、科学处理”。了解冻伤的症状和不同阶段的应对方法，并在寒冷天气中做好有效的保暖措施，当冻伤发生时不慌不乱。 　　文/苏星星(北京儿童医院顺义妇儿中心) 　　来源：北京青年报 【编辑:付子豪】|dfg|
