    　　中新网武汉12月31日电 (杜胜男 程前锦 王梦媛)华中最大“双膜”工艺应急水厂——武汉梁子湖应急水厂一阶段工程31日具备通水条件。这座集日常供水与应急保障于一体的“城市水利枢纽”，不仅承载着保障日常供水的使命，更是城市应急供水的“压舱石”。 　　梁子湖应急水厂位于武汉东湖新技术开发区龙泉街道福利村，项目总占地面积263亩。该项目由武汉市水务集团、长江生态环保集团有限公司、中建三局集团有限公司、中国铁工投资市政环境公司共同投资建设。 武汉梁子湖应急水厂项目效果图。　中国铁工投资市政环境公司供图 　　作为武汉供水格局的重要补充，梁子湖应急水厂的核心价值在于破解水源单一问题。据中建三局梁子湖应急水厂项目负责人孙志强介绍，目前大武昌片区以长江为单一水源，而梁子湖作为优质内湖备用水源，可通过新建的应急供水管网线路，在48小时内将清洁水源输送到千家万户。 　　“建设一座水厂，水质是关键。”中国铁工投资市政环境公司项目部总工程师罗鑫表示，项目创新运用“预氧+沉淀气浮池+臭氧活性炭滤池+超滤+纳滤+消毒”全流程组合工艺，其中“双膜联用”核心技术是项目的亮点之一。该技术能够精准截留微量污染物，同时保留水中有益矿物质，使得出水水质不仅优于国家标准，更达到准优质水平，为市民提供健康的饮用水。 　　管线铺设环节同样彰显环保与高效理念。总长近50公里的中线、西线、东线管网，需穿越梁子湖、豹澥湖、汤逊湖等多个水域及城市区域。为减少对交通与生态的影响，项目近80%管线采用顶管技术实现地下“隐身”铺设，使管线“建而不见”。 武汉梁子湖应急水厂沉淀气浮池。　杜胜男 摄 　　据悉，该水厂平时以日供水20万吨的规模，就近保障江夏庙山、东湖高新中心区域的日常用水；应急状态下，日供水量可提升至50万吨，覆盖整个江南片区，为660万市民提供稳定供水保障。这一工程的落地，标志着武汉“一江一湖”双水源格局成型。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
