    　　中新网海口12月30日电(记者 符宇群)记者30日从海南省新闻办公室举办的新闻发布会获悉，海南自贸港国际旅游消费中心建设的关键产业邮轮游艇业发展势头强劲，2024年三亚接待境外访问港邮轮旅客入出境数量跃居全国第一，游艇产业同样表现亮眼。 　　三亚出入境边防检查站站长曹丽在发布会上介绍，邮轮市场重启后，到访三亚邮轮数量快速回升，2024年接待境外访问港邮轮旅客入出境数量跃居全国第一。三亚目前登记的游艇总量突破1400艘，连续4年斩获“中国年度最佳游艇旅游城市”。 　　曹丽表示，为提供更加丝滑、更加顺畅的通关体验，边检机关不断创新工作方式方法，简化查验手续。 　　在助力邮轮产业发展方面，针对邮轮瞬时客流大、停留时间短、通关需求快、反复上下频繁的实际，研发启用邮轮管理系统，采用“扫码通行”“刷脸通行”等查验模式，大幅压缩旅客上下邮轮候检时间。同时还结合邮轮航线特点，采取“随船办检”方式，提前采集入境人员信息，实现旅客“靠港即下”，每位旅客平均通关时间不超过15秒。 　　在助力游艇产业发展方面，针对游艇私密性强、行程灵活、人员多样的特点，边检机关推行游艇入境申报全程网办，对琼港澳游艇实行免办人员上下外轮许可，对游艇之间相互搭靠免办搭靠手续，落实边检行政许可“一地办证、区域通用”等便利举措，切实让境外游艇在三亚“进得来、游得动、留得住”。启用智慧游艇管理系统，通过北斗卫星定位，可实时掌握游艇动态信息，实现游艇管理的数字化、智能化、精准化。(完) 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
