    　　央视网消息：民政部日前印发《通知》，要求各地强化社会救助兜底保障，保障困难群众温暖越冬、欢乐过节。 　　《通知》要求，元旦、春节期间，各地要对辖区内低保对象、特困人员、等各类困难群众进行走访探视，深入了解困难群众实际生活状况，帮助他们渡过生活难关。 　　鼓励有条件的地方在元旦春节期间提前发放相关救助资金或增发一次性生活补贴。对节日期间申请低保、特困人员救助供养的困难群众，要优化流程、加快审核确认和资金发放进度，必要时可先行通过临时救助缓解其生活困难，保障过节期间基本生活。 　　要特别关注严寒地区、高海拔地区以及受灾地区的困难群众生活状况。积极应对元旦春节期间雨雪冰冻、低温寒潮等各类极端天气对困难群众生活带来的不利影响，做好困难群众取暖保障工作。 　　山东省德州市社会救助服务中心副主任王文慧介绍，他们准备了爱心物资，为有需要救助的困难群众发放棉衣棉被等过冬物资。 　　《通知》要求，各地民政部门要强化“及时预警、快速处置”。及时将存在教育、住房、就业、医疗困难的人员信息推送至相关部门办理。要密切关注节日期间物价波动情况，及时足额发放价格临时补贴。 　　江西省遂川县民政局社会救助中心主任刘城表示，他们联系人社部门，针对困难群众进行就业技能培训，同时进行个性化岗位推荐。 　　《通知》要求，元旦春节期间，各地要加强社会救助服务热线值守，确保部省市县四级服务热线24小时畅通，及时回应群众诉求。 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
