    　　中新社北京12月31日电 综合消息：英国外交部2025年12月30日发表加拿大、丹麦、芬兰、法国、冰岛、日本、挪威、瑞典、瑞士和英国外交部长的联合声明，对巴勒斯坦加沙地带人道主义局势再次恶化表示严重关切。同日，以色列外交部发表声明予以驳斥。 　　英国等十国外交部长联合声明表示，当前加沙地带人道主义局势依然处于“灾难性”水平。随着冬季来临，加沙平民正面临暴雨和气温骤降带来的恶劣生存环境。仍有130万人急需住所援助；超过一半的医疗设施仅能部分维持运转，基本医疗设备和物资面临短缺。 　　声明说，尽管停火以来进入加沙地带的人道主义援助有所增加，但由于持续存在的物资准入障碍，整体援助行动仍受到严重限制。 　　声明呼吁以色列政府采取紧急且必要的措施，确保联合国及国际非政府组织能够以持续、可预期的方式在加沙开展工作；解除对物资进口的不合理限制；开放边境口岸并大幅增加进入加沙地带的物资数量。 　　以色列外交部12月30日发表声明称，十国外交部长就加沙问题发表的联合声明“是错误的”，并称该声明反映了相关方面对以色列“一贯的”片面批评和单方面要求，却忽略以方关于解除巴勒斯坦伊斯兰抵抗运动(哈马斯)武装的要求。十国外交部长的声明公然无视停火第一阶段协议生效以来加沙地带人道主义状况的显著改善。 　　据美联社、《以色列时报》等报道，以色列政府12月30日宣布，包括无国界医生组织在内的37个国际援助组织在加沙地带及约旦河西岸运营的许可证将于2026年1月1日到期，意味着这些组织将于2026年3月1日起停止在上述地区的运营。(完) 【编辑:管娜】|dfg|
